My name is Kristine and I survived nursing school…and you can too!
Nurse In The Making was inspired during my time in nursing school. I immediately struggled and decided to create my own study guides. I have a thyroid issue. Had surgery long ago that took half out including the isthmus. I am not 100% on either list. I have some of one list and some of the other list. So I never know what way to go with foods to eat and foods to avoid.

My TSH is 0.01, T4 normal and T3 high. I have mixed symptoms from both but the one that bothers me is weight gain. Appetite is not big but weight gain is crazy. I have new hair but I lose aswell. Heath intolerance. I’m confused. @NurseInTheMaking
