That’s probably because she hasn’t allowed the media, and society to get the best of her, and make her feel like she HAS to act a certain way. A lot of celebrities often change who they are once they get more into the industry because of the media, and society constantly scrutinizing them for every little thing to they do, or say….,to the point where they can no longer be themselves, and stay true to themselves. Of course some of them have had their bad moments but let’s not forget that celebrities are still human beings, just like all of us and even though it’s cliché to say this, although it’s true….lnone of them, and none of us are perfect, we all have those bad moments. It just depends on how they chose to or get told to handle it, and what type of people they have around them help them.

I think it’s important to have a reminder, a role model, an influence.. to being healthy and hydrated I am terrible for motivation myself on basically anything.. So I watch these videos when I’m washing / hydrating my skin. It’s the reminder I need while doing it. I think a lot “what’s the point?”. And usually see no point.. I stop what I’m doing and no progression gets made. BUT these videos tell me the point. Why and what we need to do. It’s amazing and I’m so grateful to have resources like this.
