i love selena gomez. i had a friend who had cancer, and when she was younger one of her make a wish was to see selena gomez and the wizards of waverley place cast. she gave her the actual wand that alex used on set and edie was so overjoyed. she didn’t need to do that but she chose to and it made her so happy. she passed later on and i wish i could tell selena how grateful i am for that
my sister was at a restaurant and she was on crutches because she broke her ankle. She was standing while waiting for a table and Selena was there and offered my sister a seat so she wouldn’t have to stand. Selena is one of the most amazing, sweetest, and humble people ever. I love her so much and she is such and inspiration.

I am a little *cough* outside of Selena's usual demographic, but I have to say I am so impressed with how she has introduced her line. I am a woman with a disability, and I love that she incorporated accessibility into the packaging. Also I am so happy to see the emphasis she has put on mental health, and donating a portion of her proceeds towards that. I definitely have my eye on some of the products, and this is a brand I feel good about supporting.
selena struggles with arthritis herself because of lupus. so she makes her products as inclusive as possible. also, some of her products are really pigmented because it will be easier for people with disability to maneuver and apply the products.
When Hyram talked about how Rare Beauty’s packaging is for people with arthritis or other health conditions.It reminds me how much I love Selena. She has arthritis so she made sure to make it easier for others just like her and that warms my heart because I also need that help.
I have a condition similar to Selena’s. I’m thankful for her ergonomic packaging of her new line and it’s very simple. Most of us with Fibro/Lupus/Arthritis aren’t going for a glam look everyday and want something simple but gorgeous. I love her. Edit: To clarify, it turns out it wasn’t specifically meant for disability that was a rumor but still fantastic packaging!!
I have POTS, fibro, and sjögrens, and I love the inclusivity of her line. When I get a Raynauds flair, it’s impossible for me to open almost anythinggg. I don’t wear makeup but it’s so great for the other people with chronic illnesses who do
Totally! I have hashimotos, psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia and some days I’m in so much pain and so fatigued I can’t fathom getting ready, but it’s been really important for my mental health to continue putting myself together regularly
Ann Marie where is that? I looked up ms. Tutorials, Selena, and niki but nothing was coming up. The closest thing was her video with Nikki tutorials but they didn’t discuss the packaging on that video other than niki calling it “iconic” and easily recognizable to which Selena just says thanks.
I’m studying to be an esthetician and The key to SPF is not necessarily a higher SPF but to reapply, I think that’s the most Important key In all of this. Higher SPF gives people a false sense of security thinking they can stay out longer because of the higher SPF when in reality you should reapply in order to get the benefits of SPF💖
how often should I be reapplying spf in a day? I apply a 50spf sunscreen around 6am before I go to school where our classes have quite a bit of sunlight, and by the time I’m home it’s 4pm so I don’t think the protection will be as efficient any longer :O
@@michaela1681 hi angel, like a couple of people said every 2 hours, if you are wearing makeup they have sunscreen mists that you can buy to just mist your face with sunscreen for some protection.
Sorry babes but reapplication is a no shit no brainer, and higher spf DOES man more protection. Anything less than 50 does absolutely nothing to prevent sunburn, and even 50 is a gamble. Team 75 for me

@@andre.moonlight I had super duper uber dry skin (I live in the fcking deserts of Southern Arizona and while it has its charm it....oof lol) so I've been learning about moisturizer and I know sunscreen is important, but I only use the Sea & C Sheer Face Serum SPF 55 because it IS SPF 55, and a good brightener for the face and I'm all about that. For taking off makeup I use the cerave cleanser and tony moly peach cleansing cause IT'S SO CUTE AND SHAPED LIKE A PEACH AND SMELLS SO GOOD OH MY GOD and then I just use a brightening toner from Pixi, and the Olay night regenerate cream. Kinda simple but it works. My skin just from starting this in like what march/april and now going into sept, when I visited my parents over labor day they BOTH (even my dad and we all know most guys aren't into skin care) were like "your skin looks SO good the heck" lol that felt great to hear. I even managed to reduce that strawberry nose thing I had going on by keeping pores clean.

My personal experience has been yes. I feel like it is the combination of the stress from traveling and possible weather change, and the fact that I used to just pick up whichever skincare products that I have a travel size for, which most of the time is not my normal routine. What I've found to be helpful myself is to just start packing small containers of the products that I normally use for trips, and also stay hydrated and sun-protected while traveling .

As a big fan of Selena Gomez I can totally relate to everything on this video, also I like that she has a simple routine because her fans are on the younger side and a lot of them are more likely to go for it if they think it is something simple they can also do. I feel really intimidated when I watch routines with a lot of products that I would not have the money to buy.

I used to get mad about it when I was In my early 20s but now that I’m 26 I like being told I look 10 years younger. I actually cringe now when people ask my age bc I have to say 26 and I feel like that’s old but then ppl are like girl you look young. So that makes me feel better. Peyton Moschell yeah someone gave me some and I’ve been using the exfoliating scrub, toner and moisturizer for a while and idk if it’s really doing anything good for me
Used all of the proactiv face acne lines and some worked for a little bit of time but then did not work for being $60... also they sent me a super abrasive scrub cleanser to be used with adapalene, an alcohol heavy toner, and a weak sunscreen but no moisturizer. No wonder it didn’t work.

I love Selena so much, I’ve met her twice now and she is by far the kindest hearted person on this earth. I have most of the rare beauty collection and it’s absolutely amazing! I’m not very good at applying makeup but these products blend so well that it doesn’t take much skill.
I remember reading an interview of hers years ago and she said that it was never to early to start using anti aging ingredients/products and I’ve always stuck to that!

for the body, hyram says fragrance is okay. for the face, yes, fragrance is sensitizing, but that doesn't mean we should avoid it at all costs. having 1 or 2 products that have fragrance is totally fine ☺ also, fragrance doesn't really matter in wash-off products unless your skin is really sensitive to fragrance.
@@_zina9054 It has a slightly yellow tint so it leaves no white cast for me, and the texture is similar to a gel moisturizer so it just sinks into the skin. No complaints!

I love a simple skincare routine. I had acne throughout my teen years and my skin has cleared up a lot from just using simple, non irritating products. My skin isn’t perfect but a lot better. 🙌🏻
