My daughter’s cup holder separated from the main plastic cover (what fool decided screwing it in from underneath was smart?) so not it’s just fallen down in there and we can’t pull it out to do anything with it. Hoping this will us figure out a fix. Thanks!
@@damostwick3d no, I’m embarrassed to say that the darn thing is still just broken and sitting down in there. It’s tilted in such a way that it can’t be used for more than one cup at a time and even then that one cup has a significant lean. It’s not easy to grasp and maneuver, I’ve tried to wiggle the cup holder part out of the base, so I could maybe pack the base with something for it to rest on but that didn’t work either. All the fiddling with it has been futile, I just need to go to a salvage yard or Hyundai and get a whole new base. I think cars from Hyundai are great, but this cup holder design was a serious fail.
