this is the most to the point,informative video iv'e seen yet,also helped me a lot,my rear fog light switch isn't turning fog light on,but power coming to the switch,as the alarm works,if you open car door with fog light switch at the on position,bulb is ok,now thanks to you i have thoroughly checked the fuse system,i will try replacing the rear fog relay,thanks to you i now know the exact relay to replace,many thanks and respect from Scotland
@@doit_vehicles thanks for taking the time to give advice,i was lucky,on the Hyundai Forum i was lucky that an auto electrician helped me massively,he had me check the ROOM LP fuse,then he talked me through taking D3 Diode out,trying one of my other diodes in the D3 slot,he also talked me through,taking the D3 diode out,turning headlights on,then check top diode slot,to see if it had the proper earth,after all that,i was down at my local car breakers yard getting a rim and tyre for the car,i got the dash switch out it,the new switch from the scrap car did the trick,after all that,that's the last job ticked off the MOT fail sheet,it goes in for it's retest tomorrow morning
I'm not sure if this also applies for the version of the video, but on my car (Hyundai i10 2013, 1.1L version for Colombia) if the compartment light fuse breaks/burns, the OBD2 port will also stop working. This is for sure a very good explained video and really useful due to the lack of information online about this car ✨.
Hi 👋 I was hoping there's a dedicated fuse for the screen washer pump but I dont think you mentioned it, is there one that covers the washer pump? I seem to get no response from the pump when I try to get washer liquid dispensed, np clicking sound or any other noise, just dead. It's only about a year old as I had to replace the old one so I was thinking maybe some fuse cut the power out? Any advice?
@doit_vehicles Ive got same car model with one headlight (right side) not coming on for low beam but works fine on high beam and parking. Which relay/fuse must be changed?
Thanks. For info. So i have problem with my i10 . some times when i turn off the engin by by the ignition switch i loss all the electric power . It looks like the battery is deconected. And if i hit by hand the car 2 or 3 time it will be ok. What should be the problem? Thank again
My i10 SE 2018 model does not have the starter relay where shown, in fact no relays are shown and they are not under the steering wheel fuse compartment, any help appreciated
Front lights work well when starting the car after 2 or 3 minutes they turn off both and doesn’t work low nor high, but if I pull lever for flashing they turn on like if there were no problem if I stop flashing they remain off, after some time they turn on again suddenly and In I use wipers again turn off… I checked fuses and condition is ok, it is because relays? I don’t know what to do?😢
I have one problem now I have one Hyundai Grand i10 the light on the climate control just goes and when it's off the AC won't work but after a while the comes on again and the AC will on and cool very well but some time if you off and on it later the light goes off again so it keeps misbehaving like please tell me what to do
