I saw a vid where a guy pulled the screen out of the HPFP and says it’s good for 20-40hp due to the increased volume, he said the screen produces a restriction and the in tank pump can’t keep up under hard acceleration. I’m definitely going to remove the screen and see if it’s a noticeable difference.

I've removed the screen from mine. It helped with the fuel starve/power slump in higher rpm with the tune on.

What I've figured out so far is leaving the tune you want like Map 3 set it before you leave home and let system learn everything on the drive. When changing it has to relearn. I bet it's part of your issue
