This was EXTREMELY helpful replacing my driver's rear mech. I wound up breaking off several tabs though trying to get the whole latch out, but a couple zip tis solved that problem. I used a rubber-tipped quick clamp to hold the wind exactly where it lines up with the screw hole. The mech was source from Hyundai Parts Deals online for about $140. Works great! Thanks!!!

Thank for you the effort! I tried removing the panel to change the acuator but couldnt get the inner panel removed. I think with your video im confident if removing and replacing the acuator. Thank you!

Hello, thank you very much for sharing this video, it is undoubtedly the only and obviously the best on how to disassemble the door of a Hyundai Santafe like mine, also to tell you that I do not dare to disassemble the exterior handle or release the glass, again many, many congratulations ,

Great video Sir!! Made the job very simple!!.... (When the right actuator finally arrived) A word of caution to others. The proper actuator depends on when and where you Santa Fe was assembled.... for the part you need. We found out after it was all apart that we had the wrong actuator.... All good now, thanks again!! And it was very difficult to find the (####-0W000 model) for our vehicle.

I'm trying to change the rear RH lock actuator on a 2012 Elantra Touring and nothing I've found helps, it's not the same as the sedan or the santa fe . I've found nothing on youtube to show how to remove the actuator.

Same door actuator not working on my 2007 (black!) Hyundai Santa Fe GLS. Opens 90% of the time--doesn't close. Wondering if it just needs lube. Will probably have to take apart to see. Wished it only locked as i could live w always manually opening it!

Can't get the sonata window glass out. The bolt on the glass is loosen but it's still holding the glass Inside

I just bought a 2002 Santa. Fe 36 hours ago and the linkage in the drivers side rear door is broken and the door is closed. And ideas on how to get it opened?

This is similar to 06 Sonata too ?

My 09 Hyundai Santa fe back passenger door won't open, I managed to get the panel off and the inside and outside handles are all connected the lock it's self has broken but the door is shut so I can't unscrew the lock to replace it I'm at a loss here any help will be appreciated. Thanks
