Thanks for your valuable comment on my video Dr Ali. In this experiment, I used a fertilization medium including Tyrode's medium as the basal salt solution and NaHCO3, PYRUVATE, LACTATE, gentamycin and BSA as the supplements. I can send you the formulation if you are interested via email.
