@@Reign807 I’m in USA and for all of that it would have been about 230 here… I feel bad for you guys I have a Canadian friend and she was showing me the gas prices and supermarket crazy expensive for some things
For all the folks crying about the plastic, yes it’s a lot. How else are some of those things supposed to be sold tho? Are yall putting individual raspberries in your pockets? Manhandling steaming hot rotisserie chickens with your bare hands? Complaining is fun but let us be reasonable. 😂
@@pyro4flash91I would love for that to happen as well, but there is no places that I’ve seen that sell fruit like that. Unfortunately, it’s not their fault. I have started my sustainability journey recently and no matter where I look, even in Wholefoods, they sell mostly everything like this.
“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NIV Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame” “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”” Luke 19:10 God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved, and have life in Jesus Christ 💗 Jesus genuinely loves you, and always waits for you to come to Him 💗
I'm trying to understand what you make with those ingredients. Veggie and cheese omelets for breakfast? Toasted turkey, hummus and Parmesan on croissants for lunch? Maybe a stir fry for dinner using rotisserie chicken, veggies and pumpkin seeds? I would love to see what you made with this haul.
My issue with this haul is how much of it can be home grown. More people need to start growing things like tomatoes, strawberries and blueberries. These can be grown relatively cheaply even in smaller spaces. Grocery store produce is only going to get more expensive.
I’m getting a masters in nutrition and integrative health and I buy literally the exact same items 😂. However, I have a husband and 3 kids so we get a lot more food. The seafood items at Costco such as wild caught salmon/cod/shrimp are great options as well! Sometimes they even have red snapper! Costco makes it very easy to eat balanced meals!
No dietician worth their salt would get swine products and corn! I already don't trust you, you just sent me to the hospital if I were to get this... I trust honey boo boo more at this point than you
@@hayishkim9878 yes ask questions don’t just accept, cross reference with bio class, anatomy class. I’m not a tree hugger hippie dippie looney tune with an agenda Just an average person who’s gained knowledge to better my health. Human body is not designed for consumption of other mammals fluids or other animals period. Could go on & on but very few listen. Just do your own research Best of luck!!
is this for a household of one, or many though? my biggest struggle is that I live alone and when I try to buy healthy, I wind up throwing a bunch of stuff away cause I just can’t get to it in time 😢
Not sure what your specific nutrition goals are but a good way to reduce the cost and food waste would be to swap out the fresh fruits and veg for frozen. Fresh doesn't mean healthier can just check for minimal/ no added sugars. You can also make chicken thighs or boneless skinless chicken breast yourself and do a lot with it. Canned chicken and tuna are really cheap and also good for protein. Greek yogurt is great for protein. I get my store brand ( 79 cents a yogurt and 100 kcal/ 15g protein). I'm also a Dietitian!
@@sabrinajohar8296i second this. flash frozen fruits/veg have almost the exact same nutrient/vitamins as fresh studies have proven. its all about how fast they freeze the produce from the time its picked.
When you put the croissants in there, I knew you were my kinda dietician! I struggled with my intake for years & shared my office (nurse manager) with dietician briefly & her tips changed my life. A whole new respect for licensed dieticians after that phase! Thank you for sharing your light! 💕👑
I love that you’re not strict with buying everything organic. The fear mongering is out of control and s I love that you don’t fear monger. Not everyone can afford everything organic.
Man I LOVE fruits and veggies, this is what my cart is gonna look like when I’m older and can get my own groceries. Only difference is imma add more meat, love eating some meat for dinner. Like adding some chicken tenders to a salad, having a steak fajita, or steak + asparagus + potatoes or Like chicken mashed potatoes and green beans, yoy get the idea!
Shop on the outer aisles of store (produce, fresh meat, dairy, whole grain bread...those crossaints taste amazing but in moderation as so much fat in them)
This isn’t the only things she buys 😂😂. This is a haul, not an ingredients list for her meals. These are good carbs, and a dietician knows how important carbs are for your body. And I don’t see much sugar besides the yogurt squeezes and the chicken.
I know, eh? I rarely go there now, but I never got that much stuff for less than $200 here. Then again, I'm still surprised you can get a dozen eggs in the states for under $3. Even the cheapest ones here don't cost that much.
That’s literally my dream basket. I do eat every fruit you added in your basket except for raspberries and black berries because it’s not available where I live.
All those berries will go off. Does she freeze them and the banana for smoothies. Its a healthy balanced trolley with all sorts of food except ckae, crisp and chocolate lol
I started wearing a crossbody purse about 5 years ago. It's about as small as a wallet and doesn't hold much. But that's actually a good thing for me as my regular purses were routinely stuffed full of things that I did not need - not just my stuff but stuff from my husband and boys.
I started a program with a weekly class and one nutritionist appointment a month. The majority of the staff are overweight and the information being taught was very basic. I'm extremely disappointed, but thankful for video like this.
Where’s the wild caught salmon, lamb, steaks 🥩 , mussels, raw cheese, bone broth, pasture raised eggs (nutrient -dense foods)? It’s all sugar/carbs. From what she took, I’d only take the berries and that’s it.
You should get blocked cheese, they recently exposed that they used saw dust to keep the shredded cheese from sticking to itself. Everything else’s looks amazing
Pre-shredded cheese contains natamycin which is a mold growth inhibitor which grows cancer. She should get block and she should also get casein A2 protein dairy as casein A1 causes inflammation and grows cancer - A2 does not do this. Cow dairy labeled A2 and all sheep/goat products are A2.
I love this! exactly how i shop. whole foods. no snacks or processed foods. it’s actually less expensive to eat healthy. most people just don’t know or don’t like to cook their meals.
Wow I live in Hong Kong and grocery stores here put less fruit in each container u can get so much more for what looks like the same price 😭 maybe it’s different at the markets here as they tend to be cheaper
They feel good when you slap them. Trust me, I just used a rotisserie chicken a week ago and I'm still recovering from how good the slap on the their titties was
