What the catholic church actually needs is to repent of worshipping human sinners and confessing sins to old men in a wooden booth looking for forgiveness..... JESUS is The Way, the Truth, and The light. We are forgiven when our lives trust that his sacrifice was enough.

I was completely in love with one of my friends in my early 20s. He decided to become a priest, I was absolutely heartbroken! Lol I was wonder if someone is crying over you too 😅
Conservative means following the teaching of the church. Vatican 2 is the correct teaching of the Catholic Church. The Latin mass, while allowed in some situations, is in no way superior to the mass in local languages. If you don’t believe this, you are not a Catholic.
Thanks God we have priests like you. Please do not feel affected when people tell you that you are not happy because you are not married and have no sex. You have Jesus who completes every one's need, physically, emotionally and psychologically. It is dumb to think that a priest is not happy when Christ/Church is their groom/wife. He provided everything to humanity, why will JESUS not provide everything to all his faithful servants? When your heart swells/ feels overwhelmed with peace and love as a priest, I doubt if married people ever felt that overwhelming presence of God.
Well all the clergy in my family were gay .... Years ago being gay was disgracing the family but it was prestigious to have a priest or a nun in the family.

One of the reasons i cant call myself Catholic is that priests aren't allowed to marry. Even in the Orthodox Church, priests can be married (however they have be married before becoming a priest). I think it's illogical that even a priest can't fulfill all the sacraments.
I honestly think it’s a miracle there’s still people around willing to dedicate their lives to the Church. It seems so hopeless sometimes how secular we’ve gotten.

Im a young priest. Of course i confess my sins to an older man just as much of a sinner as me, and worship saints (people) who are long dead and gone rather than praying to Jesus. Im a young priest. A real priest keeps his cassock on and doesn’t wear slacks and a short sleeve.Try the white cassock for the summer. And you don’t play video games with parishioners. Your vocation is higher than that. Maybe you’re an Episcopalian so that’s typical then.
why do ppl insist on leaving out the entire picture of this horrible issue: those selfish moms w/ their sleepover boyfriends (should I accuse you of crawling on a child when you've slept over?) the "trusted family &/or friends", the public school teachers & coaches - this is a matter that the entire issue needs to be addressed, not 1 child deserves this, yet everyone that wants to discuss this are the ones that have their kids at greater risks
People don’t leave out the entire picture? The question wan to an individual? All the situations you stated, boyfriend, friend or family member, coach or teacher yes I totally agree they are monsters and should be fully punished by the law with even longer sentences. Why are people that want to discuss this putting their children at a greater risk? And all the individual situations you mentioned they are mainly one offs, no clear connection to another, as with the church it’s way more than a coincidence it is deeply rooted and historic. The cases and coverups are unbelievable, why don’t they get the full force of the law.

Yes, even though a lot of Priests choose to wear clerical attire all the time (not wearing clerical attire may be more common in very informal family gatherings). Priests are atleast required to wear the Roman Collar (and dress modestly, except for the mentioned informal meetings, where they not necessarily wear the collar). As a Priest you are required to wear clerical attire at official duties and formal occasions etc. and liturgical robes and vestments at Holy Mass or other situations appropriate to the occasion.
