I don’t think people realize THIS is what we need nowadays. Y’all just think about it, social media can be VERY DANGEROUS. Sometimes it is best to take a step back and “check yourself” I first want to thank you for allowing us to be apart of this journey , and for being so transparent. I’m sure more influencers feel the exact same way but refuses to speak on it. I am so happy for you, I genuinely mean that. I also think it’s safe to safe we’re all rooting for you, again thank you and here’s to continuing to shed that dead skin. 2024 is the year the plants in the garden will start to grow 🩵🫶🏾

This is something i see content creators struggle with over time. They go hard for so long and thats just not sustainable. People w/ 9-5s have breaks for holidays, weekends, vacations, set time for work but the social media life can be all encompassing.

It is so relatable I don't know what to say. Just went through a similar experience for the past 5 months. It is an experience to live as the outcome is limitless and after such a breakthrough of gardening and conversing with God, on my part I felt everything; confidence, self love, love for life, love for GOD. Walking with God is walking with confidence because there is no room he cannot turn over for us. A recovery of faith, a baptism of grace. I was moved several times watching this video. I have been where you were. Trust me, It was a blessing as The Most High God chases those that he loves. When I say I feel like I was hearing myself talk, wow! I've been to places within myself this last few months that I didn't even know existed. Re-discovered wounds that I thought had healed long ago. Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom to really appreciate everything the Most High has done for us and will continue to do - a love like no other. Profoundly indescribable. I'm so happy you've come to this realisation, it's definitely not an easy journey but it's beyond worth it. When you truly realise you no longer have to carry all of these burdens that you've placed on yourself the sense of relief is so intense. Practicing gratitude and stillness has quite literally transformed my reality, I'm living the same life but everything is different now. I see the beauty weaved in and out of the seemingly mundane which I was acutely blind to before. Proud of you girl, keep going!! 💕

I liked how you said: “mental stimulation.” It’s so true, not just for social but in real life too. We’re always busy, we always want to be on the go and doing something. And a lot of the what we’re doing to keep busy is not something that will progress us, or is good for us. Like it’s all for the sake of using up time or to show/ say we’re “doing something” And like in procrastination, I find myself doing sooo many other things except the one goal or task I was supposed to complete but to make myself feel better it’s like “hey, at least I got other stuff done right🤷🏾‍♀️”

I felt this so much. I went on leave from both of my work sources because i was burnt out which was the hardest thing for me to do. I have been working 2 jobs since 16 and i am 28 now. I had the hardest time with this decision but i had to put my faith in the Most High. I have always been a nurturer but when it comes to me i struggled and start feeling last. Isi , I see you as friend although we never met and understood the emotions you are coming from. These 3 years have been so difficult but it is slowly getting better. My therapist always told me that Change cannot happen without me. I am happy you took care of yourSelf. ❤ I pray i get to meet you one day because you are a true inspiration for me.

i cried so much with this cause i'm just starting my twenties and i'm gonna be 21 on the next week of this month and like, recently i had this exact epiphany about life and god and my purpose here, this year it's being difficult yet the best year i had in my entire life cause i feel like i'm finally starting to open my eyes, finally i'm growing up. and you know what, i was missing specifically your therapy session content cause they always gave me so much comfort and your words inspired me to be a better version of my self everytime you talked abt your struggles, i saw myself in you and that was what gave me comfort. i hope i continue to evolve and also hope to be able of seeing you evolve in your life too, thank you so much isi for being this beautiful human and this wise black woman that inspires us to be our best versions. i, gisele, truly am grateful for finding you last year, love from brazil 💜🇧🇷

Isi, thank you so much for sharing that with us, with me. I wholeheartedly relate to most of what you have said. I’m 22 and listening to you describe your struggles with yourself was like listening to you describe me. This video was confirmation for me on the work that I need to do. I also understood those tears. I can never talk about God’s goodness and his mercies towards me without crying. He is truly a soft spot for me. It’s so beautiful listening to and watching what God is doing in your life. The authenticity of it all. I pray you many blessings and peace as you continue on your journey. Whew 😥 this video on this day was much needed….the dark place I’m in right now is trying to take over. Just left my husband of over 20 years bc of abuse and starting from scratch is taking its toll but I do know that God has been, is and will forever be with me.
