I haven’t read the whole book, but the “Atomic” part that James Clear writes about is you can make MASSIVE change with a 1 % improvement in your habits. The Brits won he Tour de France after decades of losing. I started developing daily disciplines after reading just the first part of the book, which I have continued for months. Matt is something else. Free games on Bats is far superior long run. 4-6x is massive. Bats you just get 50 per bat. Bats in the reg is better cause the values are higher.

Second, have you guys done any left pocket/right pocket videos? Where you walk in with 10 $2,000 bills and go to 10 different machines... keep your buy-ins in your right pocket. When you double or better, you collect it and put the wins in your left pocket. If you lose one of your bills, you walk away. Fun to watch, and a good practice for me. I usually walk away a winner with this strategy!
