I’ve been suffering from an ankle sprain for 1 year now. Resting has helped but my ankle isn’t still strong plus ive little bit of pain. My coach told me that I should start running on the sand is that okay?
Running on sand can help, also add weight resistance exercises that focus on proprioception. And ATG lunges, tibialis anterior raise, Patrick step down, etc.
