It's not a limited belief. It's a process we go through during pregnancy and postpartum. Got a little offended there because it's just a part of the process to be able to focus on what's most important, which is our baby. As a mother of 5, I went through that process with all my pregnancies. Yes, it is hard and challenging, but then as they grow up, you see all you went through is totally worth it . ❤❤❤❤❤

Congratulations ❤ I can relate to your every word, I remember when I had my 1st son I was really struggling, so many mixed emotions. And thought to myself why nobody told me about this side of it. We should definitely be more open about it. My 1st is now 18 years old and now I'm sad because he's not around much and feel the blues 'cause I miss him. Bottom line, although it's tough now do take it in fully, he will grow up so quickly and the time for you will come again. And you will miss these times.

Congratulations on being parents now!!!! I'm so happy for you!!! Tbh, it's kinda normal that your brain feels fried after giving birth... it's because you need to adapt to a new life with you child, a new daily routine and also less sleep. Sometimes it gets over pretty fast, sometimes you need some weeks or month to adapt to it... and when you are at that very point, then you get motivated and feel like it will work, again. :) I'm happy you got THAT feeling and motivation yesterday, 'cause it shows that you're getting back into a routine and also can make room and energy for a bit more, even raising a little baby takes a lot of energy. Btw. beautiful name! Is it spelled Lucas or Lukas? :) I love your honesty, because you tell the truth... it's not simple thing to get a child, no matter how prepared you are. It's not just caring for a baby, it's also about getting back your own health (and sleep over time ;D), too. I really do have a sweet tooth, too, but during my pregnancies I loved watermelon (first pregnancy) and grapes (second pregnancy). I loved everything fresh and healthy... but after the delivery I ate a lot of sweet things to stay awake, 'cause otherwise I would have fallen asleep while nurturing my child (and that would have been a desaster). So, I really do feel you for your gravings during your pregnancy and I think it's a very healthy one, too :) I'ld love to hear more about letting go. I try to let go of so many things that happened in the past (things people said or did to me), but I just can't let them go... even if I try really hard. Maybe you've some tips or tricks, so I can 'get rid' of those limiting things. You're amazing and I'm looking forward to your upcoming content, wether it's about being a mom or having/creating a business or beliefs. :)

Wow! This was a surprise to see on my feed! I had no idea you were pregnant or had a baby! I’ve enjoyed your content while building my businesses! I’m due with my second baby any day now. We’ve past the due date. It’s a boy as well! My daughter just turned 4. I had a long labor too, about 36 hours and did finish naturally and without drugs but it was fairly traumatic. I’m curious to see how this one goes. The first 9 months postpartum is also typically considered the 4th trimester. (Until around the time baby starts to walk) Babies always awaken something within us and I’m excited to see what your son inspires in your career and life. You have a beautiful attitude and look amazing! Time flies. I can’t believe my daughter is 4. Enjoy every second!
