Some things you should know about 4 wheel drive . When you get unstuck, immediately switch back to normal mode. The clunking may have been your drive train binding up. Mud allows the wheels to slide a little bit when you turn. Asphalt does not. Many 4 wheel drives will do that. So switch out of the settings as soon as you can. Good to see you. Drive train = Transmission, drive shafts (you have 2), differentials (you have 2), and a transfer case in the middle of the car. (Expensive an finicky) Your twist dial you use changes the transfer case.

Nice to see you've got Stitch back in one piece Ellie! As a fellow owner, for most driving you can trust the Freelander's onboard 'brain' to work out the right terrain response for the conditions! The control knob is for those moments when you may have ventured onto really tricky and extreme stuff to be fair. LR know how to build a clever 4x4 system! You probably picked up a lump of earth when you had that brief knocking sound, which dropped off on it's own! I'll give you some wisdom regarding ripping stuff out of your car; - you'll need somewhere to store the stuff you take out - stuff will inevitably go missing while it's out - it'll never go back right, making it hard to sell and live with

Hi Eleanor, I’ve been following your content from the very start & I love your content you have a lovely bubbly personality aswell as keeping your content real life which I live about u, any way I wanted to give you some advice on 2 things firstly I think you should plans an Apple air tag in Stich so if worst case scenario happened to could track it’s movements so you & STICH can be reunited and it’s cheaper than a tracker 😊 secondly keep a decent Bluetooth speaker handy ( I may have mentioned this previously ) so if there’s any safety concerns when your parked you can play a dog barking ( off YT ) which would frighten prowlers off! I’m currently out in my self build transit mk8 iit’s three qtrs complete just a few more bits to finish like cupboards ect but I love van life I do have a little flat as a base but prefer to be in my van 😊 any way I hope my tips may come in handy & keep you & Stich safe!
