Yet more security who believe that a) You can't film private property and b) you can't film them without consent. They still believe that now because the police made no effort to explain it to them. I really have no issue with the shunters driving without a plate. I know they should but, live and let live. They are just trying to earn a crust and it is only a short distance. Even the police probably turn a blind eye to it.

I see loads of sports car owners who remove their front license plate to look good getting tickets from the police, whats the difference? none, you are breaking the law

@bpvisits the difference is vast if you see a shunter tearing up the M6 without a number plate definitely that's breaking the law. taking the number plate off a vehicle to make it look good that's just stupid. Your not a hgv driver obviously i am i have never or indeed never would take a lorry out onto the public roads without a number plate..

@@skodadriver5533 no difference at all, the law states that a vehicle on ANY public highway MUST have a front and rear number plate, these shunt drivers are taking the vehicle on the public road without a rear number plate as they cant be bothered to put them on, therefore breaking the law.
