if a person works for a company and only does security on a site belonging to that company he does not need SIA . private security company's guards allocated to a site must have SIA , they have no rights outside the site they are guarding

At last I've found another person who knows what they are talking about, I'm afraid i also have to say something when i hear people call Gulls seagulls which i have made my own comment on here for BP to read 😂aswell. I was born on the coast and still live there and I've always known them as gulls as there is no species of bird on the planet called a seagull is there.

I get to the point where I think that you are being too polite. To me, (and it is easy for me to say) but after repeating yourself 3 or 4 times it is clear that they do not want to listen. Explain the law to them for a final time, instruct them to call the police then totally ignore them and get on with your tasks. These extended dialogues with these ignorant idiots require a huge amount of patience.........you are far better and have far more patience than myself !!!!

Photography is not a crime. Being suspicious is not a crime. Flying a sub 250 gram over a private business is perfectly legal. Filming cars, license plates, people or anything is perfectly legal and lawful.

My Dad collected matchbox and corgi model cars, I couldn't understand his obsession but he got so excited when he found a pristine model in its original box that I could clearly see it meant a lot to him, when he died I auctioned the lot and the three men who bought the lot had that same glint in their eyes that my Dad had. 6:36 The H&S manager doesn't have a hobby because H&S takes up all his time, even at home. H&S people tend to take H&S to the extreme and worry about their homes being full of dangerous items, such as knives and forks.

Legal insight: The laws surrounding on-premises security guards. you could be fined or imprisoned if you hire someone to work security and they don't have a valid licence. If you're hiring a security guard for private security work, you must make sure they have a relevant SIA licence. If you’re hiring a security guard for private security work, you must make sure they have a relevant SIA licence. If they don’t have one, you must ensure they receive all relevant training and obtain a licence. Looks like the manager could be in trouble. And the Guard.

There is no such species of bird called a seagull BP, they are just called Gulls of various types. The reason is they live inland and on the coast just like blackbirds, Robins, sparrows etc. Why people call Gulls seagulls all the time i don't know, perhaps it comes from people who don't live on the coast i don't know, but what i do know is Gulls live where they want too mainly for food and if they find somewhere where they can feed well thats where they will live and breed and there's thousands of gulls that have been nowhere near the sea in their intire life.

Wow what a silly old duffer and as for that ‘security’ guard if he isn’t SIA licensed he isn’t a security guard in my eyes. To him asking why people watch these video. For myself it is because I am disabled and cannot get out very often so I live vicariously through these videos also because it’s a historical record of certain areas. These areas may look totally different in 10 to 20 years time and those in the future will be able to look back at these videos.
