Congratulations Dear!~🎊💜🎊~🙏🏾~Place You Air/Heat On AUTO (a temperature that you feel comfortable with during the summer/winter months). Setting it on AUTO will allow your furnace to shut On & Off when your home gets to a temperature you set it at and are comfortable with~ TIP: *set it high like 75-78 for summer, that way your Bill won't be so high; especially in a big home. If you don't care about your Bill, set it as you please. *Just a word from the Wise/A Home Owner~ God Bless *🙏🏾💕🙏🏾

Congratulations to you. So exciting. Your question to the air and heat leave it on. Leave your thermostat at one temp. I live in Philly too and these hot humid days been rough. I leave my air at 75 and the house and nice and comfortable. Friends be like that so hot, you’ll figure what temp is comfortable for you. I just noticed I don’t switch the temps, my bill is a reasonable. I can’t stop smiling, congratulations again, enjoy your new home.

Never turn off the AC unit, your bill will be higher if you turn it off and on. It will have to work harder to cool or warm the house. Congratulations 🎉
