I have a Kranzle and after two years it would be starting and stopping on its own. I had to ship it back to Kranzle in Maryland for service. It took two months to get it fixed and returned to me. Many pressure washers need to be repaired at some point in time.
Mine wound not start. Manufacture sending me a new unit. I took original apart and fixed the micro pressure switch. Has contact point that I cleaned and applied electrical contact lube. Has been working now. 😊
Yes. Didn’t really need cleaning. Just slight amount of lube. I used silicone grease on I toothpick. Make sure little metal piece is oriented correctly. Might have shifted. Just flip washer over and remove 4 small screws from black switch box.
@@TimRoach-oc6rl nice I'll give this a try. Any idea what would have caused the switch to jam up or fail in the first place? My unit was only used 3 times so my failure point might be something different
And, I did not note before, after you remove 4 screws, try and manually activate the switch with thin screwdriver and listen for click. If you do not hear click, pry off the cover on the actual switch. You will see how easy it is for parts inside to get out of placement.
Mine is doing the same thing. Won't shut off and I've tried running water through the system for several minutes to purge air and no luck. I've emailed them twice now with zero response.
@@lcrazyaznlThey finally got a reply to me this morning. I've gone through the troubleshooting steps they requested so I guess we'll see what's next. I've preordered the Australian Bioboi Washr pro either way so if they do get a replacement sent my way, I'll have a spare.
Man I’ve wanted one of these but after all my research I’ll stick with my loud gas powered pressure washer it can run a 100ft water hose without surging its ran well over 300+long hard hours still fires up on its first pull this 2.0 thing I can’t use a 10ft water hose or u risk damaging the machine then have to return it for $350 this machine shouldn’t have no problems at all my gas powered craftsman cost me $150 I can use a 1.1 without a damn thing going wrong my foam is thicker then a lady that’s 280 I don’t have a detailing van yet so I sometimes gotta run a 100 ft hose my clients cars aren’t always next to a water spigot this thing u gotta be right next to it maybe when I get my detailing van I’ll use this on a water tank but for portable this doesn’t work seems like a waste of money to me if u don’t have a detailing van or trailer setup or shop to wall mount it
I run mine off 100 foot garden hose all day long. You’re right though if what you have is working good and works for you just stick to that and save the money.
Active 2.0 is the same company that made the cat this machine is supposed to be twice as good. I washed my vehicle with the CAT Version 27 times and it SEIZED UP GARBAGE So the 2.0 active version should give me about 60 washes that’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money. These under $500 washers are junk.
Lmao I took mine to the desert and shot it up 💥🪦 after the motor blew haha. It was the version with the common pressure issues so i wasn't surprised it failed on me. I have an ar630 now 💙 and couldn't be happier.
