Very nice new rig!!! I just boondocked 11 days with no generator, no solar, and no cell service in my 25 ft travel trailer, solo and 60 with 3 black labs. I want an award! 🤣😅 It was tough! I'm trying to stretch myself to prepare for what the future might bring. 🤔 I encourage fellow RVers to stretch your off grid capabilities.

I can imagine Brian’s relief from all the responsibilities (chores) of the daily operation/maintenance of your truck and pulling the Airstream. There appears to be so much more to do day to day with a big rig. I would appreciate that. The amenities of the Grech seem spectacular. You have a lot of freedom for choices. Isn’t it less expensive to boondock? You seem to be getting along comfortably. This was a really nice introduction!

Next time you need to overnight in Fort Stockton, skip the Walmart and go a little farther to the Fort Lancaster Overlook, much quieter, on the way, and beautiful. It’s one of our favorite on the road stops.

So ironic because the owner Miguel worked for my father at Chucks Steak House in Ft Lauderdale for many yrs and saved money to purchase his first La Bamba and has since bought many more. Definitely the best Mexican food anywhere 😊

We did the opposite of you guys, started small (pop-up, no bathroom) and then trailer, Class C and now Class A. Oh wow. Y’all stopped in El Paso. Wish I was not so far behind in watching your channel. As a life long El Pasoan there are much better places to have eaten. Rosa’s Cantina, made famous by Marty Robbins “ El Paso”, La Morena Mexican Food Restaurant, Avila’s Mexican Restaurant, Little Diner ( excellent gorditas!), or Carlos & Mickeys Mexican Restaurant ( best margaritas) and many many more better than Chico’s. If y’all are ever in this area let us know we will give you some tips. Now if you’re going through Houston try House of Pies or Pappas burgers or Pappas BBQ.

Hi Brian and Michelle! I am hot on your trail! I got off the plane in Phoenix yesterday. I wet the tip of my finger and stuck it in the air…..and instantly knew Brian and Michelle were here, albeit weeks ago. The same happened in Orlando last week! Ok Brian….you know what they say about guys with thick sandwiches? They are more likely to make a mess. You thought I was going to say something else, eh? I was dealt a severe blow last week. My boss’s wife said we won’t go to Palm Springs until after June :-(. No Shermans….no Joshua Tree….oh, the travesties of life! Awesome trip….thank you for bringing us along!

I lived in El Paso for several years and love Chico's Tacos. "Sauce on the side" is advice I would not give. To me, they are best with the sauce and cheese on top just as they are typically served. The sauce softens the tacos and the flavors blend together well. There is a risk that they get a bit too soft by the end, but having the flavors meld together is worth that risk.

We read a review that said to get it on the side but we quickly realized that it was better mixing the sauce and cheese together. We may have to give it one more try. :)

We purchased a class B . Love the convenience of being able to pullover and park anywhere. We don’t live in it full time (too small for that) . All rv’s have pros and cons. You just have to figure what fits your lifestyle. We love it!

Hey Guys 👋! Love this video. I kept my opinion about the new RV from the intro video last week to myself because it was such a short part of the video. This week...OMGoodness! I didn't think I would like it at all but I really do! The bath is a bit of an issue (IMO only for me) but the rest of the RV is beautiful. I had to go back to the video when you went to Leesburg and did a review on the GrechRV to get a closer look at some of the features. I hope you guys are enjoying the Class B. Best pie in the world was my grandma's rhubarb pie. She had a big patch of rhubarb in the back yard and as a kid I always wanted to go to grandma and grandpa's house to get rhubarb pie. MMMMMMMMMMM!

We have several friends who grew up in El Paso who love Chico’s, but we tried them and definitely don’t understand the hype. I’m always happy when you stop at or mention Sherman’s because that’s one of our required stops whenever we are in Palm Springs. It’s nice to see a van that isn’t as common, so I’m glad y’all have the opportunity to be ambassadors for Grech and that you are sharing your experiences with it.

Another great video! Our Embassy will be built on a 22' Transit, so even shorter than your Grech! We too decided quality was our number one priority, and glad to hear Grech is up there with the best. Good to hear you talking about benefits/issues too. A Class B is expensive (compared to larger motorhomes), so you pay a price for being smaller and stealthier. It's the right size for us, but I can see how it isn't for everyone. Ours will have a Lagun table as well, and being on the somewhat shorter side, we may need to get a pillow as well! You were in our neck of the woods by the end of that video! Woo Hoo! BUC-CEES!!!! Be seeing you!

I use a product called TOP COAT spry on wipe off it is great for all surface of your vehicle glass,paint,rubber get two coats down a bug removal is great works better than rainx on glass. The product needs to cure for 12 hours with out getting wet. That’s for best results.

Mesilla, La Posta, drive through the nut orchards, stop at the wineries, taco tote in El Paso.... missed a bunch of really cool stuff. El Paso has a lot to see.

We stayed in that Walmart parking lot in Ft. Stockton as well when we were heading west to Cali from Jacksonville, FL. When I woke up in the morning I felt like we were in a Camping World parking lot with the amount of RV's that were there. Woke up almost every hour due to the music they were pumping in the parking lot. We felt like Dayrl in the Walking Dead with the Easy Street song. Watching part one made me hungry!

😂 They sure keep that music up loud. Luckily we couldn’t hear the music with our windows and doors shut. Another good thing about an RV that has no slides and is more soundproof. There were quite a few others there when we were there also.
