Sorry but what is the point of removing that massive chunk of freeway if it is just going to be replaced with an equally massive boulevard? All those lanes and no dedicated bus lanes either??? This seems like a really short sighted replacement plan that just brings the freeway to street level rather than actually removing it and creating infrastructure that will change the area.
So you are just moving the freeway up to the road???? Where are the bike lanes, the bus lane, the green tree covered walk ways? It is literally the same amount of lanes as the freeway. You are spending this money terribly. Do you really expect anyone to develop on this?
