Alot of the older Z-pattern High Mast Lights out in that city. Also it's crazy how bright the LEDs are, I thought light pollution was illegal

I grew up in Austin, TX, been to Houston enough times to have circumnavigated the entire Interstate 610. I've just never done it at once and so glad documented this. Texas has the most interesting Interstate highways.
