I was trying to do a cute pixie look but my hair is awkwardly grown out right now lol. So I ended up witha mullet kinda! Just experimenting with new products and hair tools! I'm sure I can do a better job once I get a proper haircut!

Fly me in! I’ll get your braids straight! 😂 But maybe think about using a platinum braiding hair with a darker “root” area, not a full ombré but that’ll help it blend and look a little more natural. I also mix hair sometimes because it can be difficult to get platinum braids looking right.

The scratched "dirty looking" piece under the hooded dryer is just a weight. It helps to keep the dryer from falling forward when the hood is extended. They usually look like that. It's okay 👌🏾🙂

Yes my stylist uses the wrap silk as well I even had that when I had my natural braids just last month & it made it more smoother! You did well here. I hadn’t watched a video in a long while, thought you did well!

I rock a super short platinum do too. If you leave the bleach on for the full 50 minutes for both bleach sessions, then you won’t have yellow hair at all and you won’t need the third process - the toner. I bleach my hair for 50 minutes on day 1, wash it out, apply leave in conditioner. Then I bleach again for 50 minutes on day 2, wash it out, deep condition and style. My hair is nice and bright with no yellow roots or anything. I cut and bleach once a month. Hope that’s helpful.

You should add No. 0 and No. 3 olaplex into your hair care routine! I’ve seen it work wonders with chemically processed hair and my severely heat damaged/chemically processed hair has been doing so much better! Love watching your videos!
