This film is the perfect example as to why not only the Minions, but the Despicable Me franchise as a whole is so successful. These yellow Minions are tremendously marketable characters that children can understand and laugh at across all language barriers. I remember that Minions stuff were everywhere around the time this film came out, like everywhere you go, the Minions are there. No wonder why this film made over $1.1 billion worldwide.

I love this movie. Kevin being a leader, also becomes a big brother looking after baby Bob and teenager Stuart. Each minion is unique and has a personality that best personifies them for who they are. The movie is wholesome and despite being comic relief, Minions prove that they can hold their own movie with their unique traits and looking out for one another.

I just wanna let you know that during the last few months your videos have been such a comfort during my depression episodes. I've binged like all of them and then some lol but the editing in your Bug's Life video / the "I'm Lost!" Edits throughout has lived rent free in my head so much that I had to show it to my therapist so she'd understand my random pop up thoughts that's just quoting that sksksks

@@SophieLentsi haven’t seen your videos in a while now but I enjoy movie reactions and my friends betrayed me for my ex girlfriend and half my family abandoned me last year and I’ve lost soooooooo many people in my life so at some point I watched your videos when other RU-vider that help me aren’t uploading but I’m happy to be subbed to you but one person who left actually did come back she left again and came back gave me a gift twice now but I don’t think I’d be here with her if it weren’t for you and I’d appreciate it if you’d watch my favourite movie Hansel and gretel 2002 for me also my sister constantly hides her bellybutton/belly from me like I’m a creep

Despicable Me was one franchise but the minions is another franchise telling the minion story of how they met Gru. Watching the minions story was great but they have now a sequel to the minions which is minions the rise of Gru, this movie is a highly recommended movie and funny family friendly and will make you laugh!!!

The only thing I knew from this movie since I was a kid before I saw the whole thing itself is the giant Kevin, that’s all I knew, but didn’t know it was from the prequel back then, I just knew that there was a giant Kevin at some point lmao. 😂 edit: I didn’t even see the full movies yet I just knew certain parts that I’ve seen online, many years later I discovered reaction channels exist, including movie reaction ones lol.

They seem to live forever and are most likely indestructible. Seriously, they don't need oxygen, can survive explosions, getting streched in a torture chamber and falling onto debris and definitely grew some dominative behaviours in prison, I'd say they don't need to repopulate. Perhaps the seemingly infinite lifespan also gave them their sense of comoradery, everyone have known each other for billions of years.
