For beebo, as for its current state during the event, I would say that the range and fire rate are a bit unrealistic, but damage is fine. Maybe 0.4 and 60? And for range I think it safe to say probably around 16. 28 with balloon pal is 42 RANGE. Volt has a low range for a reason to be honest. That is why it has a volt point, but interesting concept. 1 second fire rate for Quinn sounds unrealistic, but I think 2 seconds with around 160 damage makes sense. Range buffs I agree but no more than Nuki Range. (35 + Balloon = 52.5) Interesting concepts.
Idea - Haunted House Hypercharge (for lure) 7% more dmg, 13% more fire rate and 6% more range. the catch for the hypercharge is lure spooky s everyone that shocks every enemy in fear which stuns every enemy on the track for the duration of the hyper charge and lure can attack EVERY enemy on the track
