Fracture in my opinion did NOT get a buff, more of a nerf. The placement size of Fracture is barely noticeable, it's now just the size of Scientist. The rate really isn't that noticeable, although it decreases max's DPS by 3.96 (I think). It isn't a huge nerf that would kill the tower, BUT THE LEVEL 4 PRICE WAS DEFINITELY NEEDED JESUS CHRIST WHY DID THEY LET THAT SLIDE FOR SO LONG. I honestly like most of the nerfs, the meta has been stale since Cloudy Catastrophe released.
As a veteran tower heroes player IM MAD ASF. They keep changing shit! Stuff like this is why other longtime players stopped playing a while ago they keep changing too much stuff
Skibidi hiloh has gyatt to instantly change most of the balance changes, most of the balance changes very unsigma and hiloh didnt have to fanum tax most of the brawlers because that was very skibidi and needs to be changed so Toe Heroes will become sigma again
Tbh i feel the stella nerf really wasnt necessary because yes, she is op as hell solo but, if you have no idea how to use her right, or if you bring her in games with tons of people, she sucks so much, and also, idk what the devs have against byte but, that was just not it ima be honest
I'm thinking they use some sort of RNG wheel that spins for which towers get balanced, what stats are changed and how much they are changed. There is no way they are actually trying to balance ever.
@@lilredboy you telling me?! I barely enjoyed this collab, and also branch's lv functions should retrieved. The fact that the towers which most players doesnt use get buffed and those which are (or was) the best gets nerfed is kinda weird if you ask me :/ Some of the maps are very hard to beat it, so I think the devs should retrieve their good stats. Sure I dont care about the price changed but at least DONT nerf like branch. He is my favorite tower.
They also killed lure because he is one of the best towers in tower heroes but now that everyone can get it with robux everyone is gonna get it and its gonna get mad nerfed so
It’s just so dumb how pb did that. They just nerfed some towers which were perfectly fine and gave the tiniest buff to some towers like fracture. The spacing was great for the damage in return (although a little expensive). They didn’t put down the range, but the DAMAGE. It was fine for how expensive and spaced they were. And they have now destroyed sci because he is too expensive. Rant over.
Scientist was wayyyyy too cost efficient for how overall strong and versatile she was. And you know damn well she's been meta for the longest. That nerf was justified, and you should be lucky she didn't get any damage or range nerfs. She was let off easy and same with Branch.
They should have just buffed things that need buffs instead of nerfing things since the game was already hard and some weren’t even possible solo, this just added even more difficulty by destroying all of the good towers
Saying sci got killed is kinda ridiculous, the price increase is only a total of 900 mana across all levels Frank is still good, the biggest nerf is that he lost 7 damage at lvl 5 But yea Quinn is now useless, they did not need to nerf her that badly
Not the biggest fan of the changes On paper atleast could be manageable in practice, except for Byte he was FINE, he was expensive early game for a strong effect for the rest of the game Honestly I really wish they did the “everyone is op so nobody is” approach, will it make maps a joke at times, yes, will it make the meta and strats less samey and constrictive, very
Lure was perfectly fine and the devs decided to nerf Lure to the ground, in my opinion some of these balance changes were deserved and some of them should’ve never happened. The quinn, byte, and lure balance changes should’ve never happened in my opinion.
I mean scientist got more expensive but that’s fine Specters upgrade costing a bit more is fine Plus I saw someone said the the the update sucked so I say No U
These balance changes are for a reason, not to just nerf the good towers cause they felt like it, most likely cause most this heroes are constantly used in alot of matches making that most of people use the ""op"" heroes rather then the underrated ones cause they dont have easy early game or deals great damage scientist price increase is balery notable. branch slower firerate is fair since lvl 3 and 4 are easy early game. Quinn no longer solos at lvl 1 to most of early game enemies. byte's purpose is to stun, so its faie making thsoe changes so he just doesn't stun every enemy that is nearby its range. spectre price increase is balery notable. changes like kart kid, hot dog and stella suck but oh well, move on.
Yeah but idk if ur a high level but if you don’t know for challenges like soloing blastech and honeycomb and even bleak barrens small nerfs matter plus I’ve been playing for 4 years so this change is good for new players but for ppl who have been playing for awhile its a bad change
@@lilredboy been also playing for 4 years and level 104, and even if this can affect stuff like soloing that, honestly just get teammates, at the end its atower defense where you can make your teammates donate you all their mana and somehow get away with it
Well Quinn and frank got killed and these changes affect soloing maps in higher level lobbies, I’m not sure if ur up to lvl 100 and stuff but solo challenges are harder there
Byte purpose was to stun multiple enemies. Now the attack rate nerf and cost increase and I think it’s more than goblinos level 5 cost. So what’s bytes purpose now
Well for easier maps the meta is still flexible but this ups the difficulty to higher level maps like blastech easy solo, now that scientist and lure are nerfed it could add extra difficulty
Honestly, the update sucks and they should revert the update. lemonade cat now has tax on level 5 which is dumb and come to think about it, it is hard to get mana now on harder maps, making it almost impossible to solo or maybe duo. Also for my opinion, you now have to use discount dog, spec, lemonade cat to help you in the game which takes up 3 slots and maybe balloon pal
meta this meta that wahhh wahhhhh just be creative with your team making,, you dont need to always have branch and quinn in your deck to win matches,, js have fun!!
U kidding me? Stella nerfs, I agree. She too broken, but DRAWING PRICE INCREASE IS JUST STUPID. ALL MAPS THAT NEED STELLA TO SOLO OR DUO ARE LITERALLY JUST F***ING IMPOSSIBLE.
@@tropicalbytsanity7845 most of the changes were deserved you can’t just take the buffs and not the nerfs because the nerfs are just as (if not more) important most of the towers that got nerfs NEEDED nerfs. I honestly like this shake up to the meta because without it if the same towers are always good and there are always the same bad towers the game would get boring as heck.
