Wow fantastic, that's part of what we Miss in the southeast Nigeria. Federal government of Nigeria has never been fair to us. Upon we're the most traveling tribe within Nigeria and outside I feel bad, we have been robbed of alot of federal projects, painful
You have to understand that 90% of Nigeria's wealth comes from South- south region most times is about social-political and security benefit not economy.
Do you know the history of that railway? For the records, the Aladja-Itakpe railway was designed and built for the steel industry in the 1980s. It's originally meant to convey raw materials and finished product between the rolling steel factory in Aladja, Delta State and Ajaokuta Steel Complex, Kogi State. There is no southeast town or city on this corridor.
A five platform station in the middle of nowhere in town/village? I believe Abraka deserves more targeted infrastructure development from the FG that will actually solve problems of the people rather than a wasteful 5/6 platform station that only a handful of people use everyday.
Hi Mr Eboh the students are not more than the indigenous population. Abraka have about 10 major settlement or villages. The place the university campus are located is just one if the settlement.
You think so ? It doesn't matter whether Abraka has 10 major villages, the fact is that Delsu brought the major population in Abraka. E.g - Lagos city is one of the smallest cities in Nigeria by landmass but it is the most populated city in Nigeria.
They've obviously expanded the beach and made it a much bigger area, was not this big 2 years ago. The river is beautiful but structures in the place need to be better... There is a gulf resort in Abraka as well. Decent town!
Industries like these in other Countries are built by private investments mostly. If there was a rowing sports event competition or festival, it would be better, and bring a lot of investments and visitors
Nice one my bro. Please what's the name of he hotel you stayed at and how much was a night? I am going to be in Abraka in a few days time, This will help me out a lot. Thank you.
@Chisco Williams when it’s dry it will kick up dust and irritate breathing and eyes and get dust everywhere. When it rains it will be an impassable muddy mess.
Question, is there a certain time of year when these resorts are really crowded? A few of the resort tours you have shown were empty. I’m just curious?
I have been to Abraka many times. It is not a town but a village despite having a university. It is not also a safe place due to cultism and criminality. Thank you for this video, sir.
