Eating lots of protein and cutting down /cutting out white rice and white bread and all sugary drinks (only drink tea and water ) and continuing to lift weights/exercise helped me to lose belly fat but keep my booty lol . One of my favorite meals was going to chipotle and getting all the meat veggies and salsas but no rice or sour cream ! Also avocado toast with eggs and turkey for breakfast ! Good luck on your journey .

Congrats on the job and glad Ryan is ok. Does he have an epipen? I'm allergic to a lot of foods and my husband still eats them, which makes it hard sometimes. Because I hate jumping back when he leans in to kiss me and have to grill him on did you have this or that first....because I'm going to have a reaction. So please be mindful if you still decide to eat what he's allergic to.😊

Girl I'm tryna get all the way right for this summer and upcoming Fall. I missed my opportunity for Spring 😂 also, the fruit salads look delicious and Ryan's kiwi allergy is the very first of its kind I've ever heard of 😅thought I'd heard them all at this point smh
