I mean, I had panic and anxiety attacks everyday for the entire month of September. Not even an exaggeration. I cried for at least 3-4 hours a day. And it was all because I was nervous about starting college. That’s not that bad, but I felt like I couldn’t handle it. It is all about what YOU can handle. Don’t feel bad for being anxious and sad. I really hope you’re doing better now. I just turned 19 and I felt this video in my soul tbh. I know exactly how you’re feeling when it comes to being anxious about the future. I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my grandma years ago, and I still miss her everyday. We were really close. I lost my first dog that I had my whole life to cancer just a day before my birthday. It shattered me, too. Hoping your pup will get better🥺 Just remember you are super strong and can make it through this! Btw you’re not a clown whoever broke your heart is 😤

i'm so happy to know that someone like you is going through something similar as i am. i recently turned 18 in september and i was kind of forced to drop out of school my sophomore year due to family reasons. due to how long i've been out of school i'm basically unable to get into any public school and i'm having to get my ged. i was feeling very insecure because basically all my friends had left me behind and are about to graduate and are already applying to colleges. i know it's nothing i should be ashamed about, but it's just good to know there are others out there. especially someone who is as successful and beautiful as you are, it's very encouraging. :')))

Same, I dropped out because of mental health reasons, had to stay in a psychiatric clinic for a year and after that failed again bc depression lmao. Now I'm doing online school as it's the only way for me to finish school. 🙃

I told my therapist about my panic attacks and how I got suicidal again during them and she explained how the mind and body’s natural response to panic is to get extremely depressed so now I know🤠

Ok I’ll explain the best I can remember she did so basically when your panicking your heart rate obviously goes up and you start hyperventilating that causes your brain to try and calm the body by using depression because depression usually makes someone sluggish and tired to calm the body yet I panicked hard so it went to extreme for me I’m not completely sure how this works but that’s how she explained it to me

I’ll be your friend and say coming from a genuine stand point, go to therapy to help you learn how to process your thoughts healthily. It isn’t always the healthiest to process things with so much humor. Sometimes you need to step back and realize your emotions and know they are valid. Not everything is a joke. I love humor but realize sometimes you need to learn how to handle your thoughts calmly to have a stable mindset. Some situations and emotions shouldn’t be taken lightly and you need to give yourself time to process them.

Yeah I feel like I also do that sometimes cause sometimes I get uncomfortable talking about sad..stuff or generally when I have social anxiety and I wanna be funny in other situations.. but lately I feel like I've been getting better at it and yeah a therapist will probably help a lot..and I also have a friend who is like that and she will make jokes even tho the mood isn't for jokes and it gets annoying and I'll be like: sis chill..
