Back in the late 1950's my Mother and Father lived in you country. They are passed on now. But in my memories they are still alive :) Thank you for stopping by for a visit.
Hello friend, I wish you a very healthy and long life. You contribute a lot to us with your teachings. Thank you very much for everything you teach us in your videos. Greetings from Colombia.
Reminds me of a repair I was called out on. Customer called in that the edit mode on their CNC was no longer working. one of our Service Techs was sent to the customer. Diagnosed it as a Bad Memory board. Board was ordered and when it came in, it was swapped out, Eproms swapped parameters entered and then again, they still were not able to use Edit mode. So I was asked to take a look. As I walked in the Door, I saw from Across the room, that the Edit Lock Key was Not in the Control. The Key can Only be removed when it is in the LOCKed position, Meaning that No Edits can be Made. It's the Simplest things that get over looked.
That is certainly easy enough to do. Not the first time this sort of thing has happened. I bought a 'scope off of eBay several years ago that was listed as not working on one channel. Guess what?? That channel was set to ground too. Worked perfectly fine after that.
Peepaw you are a fighter, leader and wisdom man. We all have ups and downs. I am happy to see your videos, great inspiration for us. Greetings from Istanbul, Turkey 👋
