If i remember it correctly Sheldon does have a license to be a attorney (i think correct me if im wrong) remember in the episode where he said Sheldon makes notarized the financial documents of Raj. He isnt just practicing it. Its just that Sheldon was beaten by a more experienced, wiser, wittier seasoned attorney 🤣

I love the the bang bang theory but the show is pretty inaccurate,i mean one is astrophyisicst at caltech,one is astraunaut,one is theoratical physicist and one is experimental physicist i mean those are pretty high end jobs,i don't think they are as nerdy and lonely as portrayed in this show

Honestly, Leonard could easily have debunked Sheldon's claim with a simple logic. That being that Leonard DID grant Sheldon access to the bathroom, but Sheldon refused to use the toilet.

She cheated on him, strung him along, and didn't wanna get serious with him. But she supposedly had better chemistry with him? Doesn't seem like it. Penny never cheated on Leonard. They were also too far away from each other for that to even work out and even without the distance they wouldn't have lasted. Priya seemed like she only wanted to be with Leonard so penny couldn't have him.

To this day never slipped in the bath or shower.....my feet have good natural grip on the ground.....also what if your home alone and do slip, fall and hit your head....who will help you then ....God

@@jacksullivan1716 first I haven't slipped either but, my friend broke her arm in the shower. Second if your alone why are you locking the door to begin with? That is paranoia, and you need to learn self soothing techniques. Thirdly even if you are alone when you fall it is easier to help you later if the door isn't locked.

Well currently I live with my dad and his girlfriend...his girlfriend has 2 sons of her own who are 250 and 300+ pounds with hygiene issues of there own...they don't even understand privacy and her oldest has tried to use the bathroom when I was in there and don't belive in letting someone in the bathroom while I am showering that is personal time for me and I have high hygiene standards....that is why I lock it plus my dad has a key to that bathroom and if needed could unlock it if I ever did need some form of assistance and he too holds to the same beliefs I do when it comes to the bathroom and lock situation

She completely missed that count one is dismissed due to the fact Leonard clearly gave Sheldon consent to use the amenities, and it was Sheldon who chose otherwise. Count two we can safely assume there's no precedent, so her argument must hold up to examination of relevant factors. Unless Sheldon was going to take a shower before the boiler had time to recover from Priya and Leonard taking separate showers her argument is moot.

The addendum isn’t even saying that this is the reason there is an occupancy limit, it’s just an added on precaution. I think another lawyer could have argued that point just as well.
