Chris Klafford is an absolute MASTER when it comes to writing songs. He is just phenomenal. This song is just one of the most beautiful pieces (for me) and I have adored his voice since the first time I heard it. When he released this song (11th September 2019) he posted on his Facebook the following comment: "My greatest fear in life is losing the person who always holds me, and tells me everything is going to be alright when I feel sad. These thoughts are with me often. How it would feel being left alone in this world. How empty it would be. I know there are many of you out there who has lost a loved one, who knows how it feels. This song is for you. For those of you who had to go through the loss of someone near, for those of you who live with these feelings right now. I often think that, if I couldn’t live WITH the ones I love, I would live FOR them. This is my reminder to you. Live on! Live a life you can be proud of. A life for the ones you’ve loved and lost. Create a story worth telling them, when you meet them again." Yes, the video is emotional and incredible but I don't even think of the video most of the time...for me, the song itself is the part that hits. For me it isn't necessarily about losing your partner but **anyone** who has meant so much and been a part of your life for so long... DJ, thank you for this raw and visceral reaction. Thank you for really FEELING this song.

well Mr. DJ you have a lot of catching up to do where Chris Klafford is concerned. this particular song i believe is one of his most popular ones. Chris does have an exceptional set of vocals, you will have to check out his channel to see what i mean. he released his first album Mar 2023 titled ' Maybe Its Just Me' and that song is fabulous. now there's a song you should react to. the thing i also love about his singing, Chris knows how to tell a story because he sings from the heart. go check him out, or you'll be missing on some real great music. i truly enjoyed your reaction and the fact you teared up is OK, we fans always do when Chris sings. hope you do more reaction on Chris' music.
