The man who can turn an army around at the mention of his name...

"I. AM. TALKING!" 10 comes out from behind a stone:"AND I'M NOT LISTENING!"

For Daleks, the "unarmed" part, is most likely a reason to worry, considering they know the War Doctor, and "the first thing you'll notice when you see the Doctor of War, is that he's unarmed."

And up there in the atmosphere, all the Daleks, Sontarans, and Cybermen did the most epic intergalactic version of "NOT IT" the galaxy has ever seen.

That's the best "Come at me bro" I've ever heard.

The fact every single alien up there knew what the Pandorica will be used for and they still ran with their tails between their legs just shows how much they fear The Doctor.

A conversation between 9, 10, 11, and 12 11: I AM TALKING!!! 10: AND I'M NOT LISTENING!!! 12: Everybody shutity up up up up up up! 9: If anyone's going to shut up, it's you!

You kind of see why 11 does a lot these speeches when you look at his run and the reveal that he is on his last regeneration of his cycle. As far he knows this is it and he is tired in a way of all this. This is his "Come at me bro!" speech. He's beaten them all before and I think he figures if this is really his last life, he wants them to remember him, that even at his lowest he has been more of a match for them (trap or not, and I think they forgot for a second). Its like his last will and testament to his enemies.

This has got to be one of the best iconic moments of doctor who.

"That'll keep 'em squabbling for half an hour"

"and one more thing - have nothing to lose." never pick a fight with someone who has nothing left to lose.

You know, this speech gets really silly and embarassing once you know what the Pandorica actually is for.

Someone should totally make a video where 11th says "I. AM. TALKING!" and 10th says "And I'm not listening!

When I went to see stonehenge this summer, I could not think of anything else than this. I looked for (and found) that exact stone that the doctor is standing on.

"I AM TALKINNNNNG!!" Funny if Tennants doctor then popped up with "And I'm not listening!"

"with all your silly, little, guns" I love this line with all my heart.

Basically he gave the biggest "Come at me bro!" request to all of the most dangerous alien species in the universe. Daleks, Cybermen, Sontarans, Judoon, Atraxi, Autons, Weevils, you name them....and what do they do...they run away...

"Now get the TARDIS I need equipment!" *River rolls with her eyes* xD

Plot twist: It's actually the Borg's cube.

"Hello, Stonehenge! Who takes the Pandorica, takes the universe, but, bad news everyone, 'cause guess who! Ha! Listen, you lot you're all whizzing about. It's really very distracting. Could you all just stay still a minute because I AM TALKING! Now the question of the hour is, "Who's got the Pandorica?" Answer: I do. Next question: Who's coming to take it from me? Come on! Look at me! No plan, no back-up, no weapons! Oh, and something else I don't have: Anything to lose! So! If you're sitting up there in your silly little spaceships with all your silly little guns and you've got any plans on taking the Pandorica tonight, just remember who's standing in your way! My friends always look at me weird when I say that I like 11 over 10, but it's scenes like this that make me like him more. I just don't think 10 had enough epic speeches like this one.

Eleventh Doctor and Matt Smith came of age in this scene. Epic. And possibly not surpassed in all his time.

Doing this for Drama in school. SO BLOODY EXCITED!

Matt Smith won me over with this, simply brilliant. The sheer power in those three words gives me goose bumps every time.

One of Matt's greatest moments! Actually, a moment that rather sums up 50 years + Of Dr. Who!

No matter how many times I watch this, it always gives me the goosebumps. This is easily one of the best, if not the best moment of 11th.

A lot of people think The Rings Of Akhaten speech was the best. And although I LOVE that speech so much, but this one has always been my favorite. I don't know why, i think it's just the power in it. The was he took control. He is the most powerful in the universe and this speech shows it!

I love it when he says, "Let somebody else try first"

There a certain number of moments when the Doctor legitimately outhinks his opponents. There are also these moments when he is completely living off his reputation.

everyone always hating on Moffat for making the series all one giant continuos ark, but I rather liked it and it was rather refreshing from the old way of everything coming together for the last 2-3 episodes. Mind you it's not the first time a series has truly all been connected, They key to time season 16, fourth doctor and introducing Romana, that was all one huge ark.

That's the great thing about having a dozen+ regenerations - There comes a point where your reputation for mischief, mayhem, and sheer unbridled brilliance just speaks for itself.

Steven Moffat was always great at writing awesome speeches

Talk about bluffing your enemy, the Doctor conducted the single biggest bluff in the history of the Universe! All those races in their warships loaded with weapons and they backed down out of fear that the Doctor has some sort of superweapon to destroy them all when in fact, he doesn't......

Matt Smith as the Doctor had some of the most powerful lines in any show I have ever seen, second only to some of David Tennant's lines in his seasons. I will always remember when he was the Doctor

Ten was more of a dashing hero who did everything & got caught up in the most awesome stuff. Eleven however was more funny & energetic, so when he made speeches (which he did a lot of) was when he showed how awesome he really was

Even though it was all a trap and ruse, despite them holding all the cards, all the Doctor's greatest enemies straight up ran for the stars.

Dang he told an army of aliens to shut up, told them he would basicly stop all of them no matter what What A Savage.
