My advise, Make the torque ridiculous so it instantly goes straight and back, make the brakes as powerful as possible with the traction absurdly powerful, suspension lowered, Max speed about 600 MPH with a Bus. Make the steering nearly instant as it whips to the left, or right in an instant. And make it's horn automatically blast with modded sparks to eject out the back when it takes off flying 0 to 300 in less than 2 seconds. Handling should be better than most vehicles, And it should not perform like most vehicles, It should be like using your brain to drive the thing, It would be that reactive.
