It feels like they set out to make a 2024 version of 14 from a feature stand point and build from that. Obviously mascot and RTG high school missed the cut in favor of some other updates but this looks like a good foundation.

I can't find the exact answer. Can you create a player, put him on a roster, say Colorado, and have that player be on your team in dynasty mode? I feel like a lot of people ask about it but never get the specific answer.

Just to answer a single question that has been asked about 1 million times. No you can not edit players, or create players. The reason this game has been brought back was because of the NIL agreement. Players have been scanned and attributes have been assigned to all that have opted in to this NIL opportunity.

Supper excited for this game to come out! Preordered on day 1 to preorder. Still play college football 14 and have followed college football games growing up as a kid. This one has so many features not in that game and has pulled even the best features from the past versions of this game. Hoping there is a mascot game in this addition, wondering if you knew if there was or not? Have loved following you and your dynasty teams in college football 14. You can edit licensed players in Madden; ratings, gear, even their first name. The second you touch their last name their face scan is gone and announcers no longer say their player-specific lines as if they're a created player. Wondering why that can't be the case in CFB.

If dynasty is a true “sandbox” you should be able to customize player ratings

Will the game have dynamic crowds? I know that, for example, in NCAA 14 the crowd starts to leave the stadium if your team is getting blown out. Also, lower ranked teams usually have no turnout at all. I hope CFB 25 does this too.

Tbh, the fact that the away section and the band section in Bryant-Denny Stadium were wrong in old NCAA games was actually slightly annoying. It’s been awhile since I’ve played them because I don’t have my Xbox 360 with me right now, but I believe they had the band section swapped with the away section in the old ones. I know it’s a small detail but for people who have spent their whole lives going to their team’s home games every Saturday, it’s little details like that that can make or break the immersion. So it is definitely a small thing that I wouldn’t complain too hard about, but it was also one of the things I was wondering whether or not they would have fixed, so hopefully they’ll be able to do it by the time the game is ready to come out. Heck, even if stuff like that comes as patches later it’d be pretty awesome.

Not being able to edit players is a major L. I’m always looking for a good custom roster to balance gameplay and it seems like that won’t be possible

Things have come a long way in terms of them being able to update atmosphere but I remember 09 or 10 had the wrong colors ( yellow numbers) for Iowa’s home jerseys. Those small details really took me out of the game

I think that a lot of people need to realize that it still work in progress and they are still working because I think that they know what they are doing but a lot of people need to be patient as they need to learn to be more patience which is very important because it will work out.

Does anyone know if CF25 has the Spring Games, OTA's or Training Camps? I feel like those are such huge factors for football and these games just discard them. I think it would add more depth to the games if you could in RTG earn your spot before the season starts. Not saying it should be easy, but a freshman winning a starting job over a senior before the season would be dope af & add more depth to the game mode.

Are there excessive celebration penalties or no. I can’t remember which one but I remember one of the old college games let you celebrate but if you didn’t stop it soon enough you’d get a penalty which I really liked and felt was realistic.

Weirdly... The thing im most excited about is seeing the new stadiums. I used Central Michigan a lot in NCAA 14, and playing at Eastern stunk because it was before they updated their stadium into "The Factory". Im hyped to see all the new uniforms and teams too!
