Seems like the information that ChatGPT pulled from is just all information surrounding Gwent, so the association between NG and Alchemy likely comes from pre-homecoming when that was one of the most popular decks. It doesn't understand the context of homecoming being a massive turning point and what came before not being relevant at all.
The ones from Syndicate, Scoia'tael and NR are great. Although NR kind of looks like an elf, but heavy armoured. Unfortunately the rest don't look so nice for me. :c
This was a very fun video. My favorite effect was the spider, it seems very interesting. The art was also very good, I definitely hope you do one for gold cards in the future.
I liked that the best too even if I didn't quite read it correctly the first time. I'll definitely at least do a Gold one, although I'm a little disappointed since there's almost no way for it to make a more broken card than the Scribe.
29:29 I think if the smuggler instead gave you one coin for every unique gang or something like that it would be much more unique, not sure how I’d balance that with power and provisions though
Regarding balance council, have you voted on in the A_Reveur0712 coordination effort? The idea is that we are dwarfed compared to the vodka playerbase and will not get anything through, so unless we set aside our personal favorites, and vote on something we coordinate to have the most general approval, nothing will be going through. I cannot talk about it more because YT keeps shadow-removing my comments. :((((
Not yet. If you're comments are getting shadow removed it might because you're including links, maybe to the post? RU-vid doesn't like comments with links because of how many scam bots there are and a lot of channels just have comments with links disabled
@@platinumpatrol2964 Yeah, haha you cannot imagine how many variations I had to write to get those two comments to stick. Anyway, this video was a blast, normally when I use chat GPT for anything I make it do like 5 variations and chose the best one, but these turned out... mostly good.
Arcane Scribe could be interesting if he had something like "Infuse with: when i leave the battlefield, i'm played after opponent has passed or this status gets removed, banish the highest provision card in your hand." in addition to his deploy effect so you'd have to be very careful when you play him and you can't abuse him with Operator to make enemy go card down because he's only infused on deploy and you can't use Teleportation or Decoy because that counts as leaving the battlefield. He would be very strong but require a dedicated deck to make him work.
@@platinumpatrol2964 I see. I thought of giving him Veil on deploy or give him ability that prevents lock status but i came up with a better one. His text says "Deploy: spawn and play Unstable Energy" which would be an artifact with immune status that says "Draw a special card. If I'm played after opponent has passed or when Arcane Scribe that created me leaves the battlefield, banish the highest provision card from your hand, then destroy me". The idea being that by drawing you a card he taps into powerful magic that he needs to stay focused to contain it so when he's no longer around (or when opponent has already passed he casts it too hastily) the spell backfires and burns your card. Locking Scribe doesn't do anything because the effect is tied to the artifact which can't be locked and because it's immune it can't be bearificated either.
Hi, I was wondering: how did you make the card itself in terms of power and provision? It really looks like is coming from the game, I use a website but the font is not the same as yours.
I use the image editing software Gimp and made a template of the cards for each faction that includes the border, rarity, provision image, power and provision box, and the artifact/special symbol and armor (so I can just hide them on cards I don't want them on). Then I just add the images and numbers. The easiest way is to get the assets is to download the Gwent Card Exporter by pramberg451 on GitHub. Once you unzip it one of the folders it comes with is the Assests folder that has all of the card assets and you should be good to go if you know how to use an image editing software (I use Gimp). Alternatively, you can screenshot cards in the game and then edit the image and save each component yourself to use in the same way. This is a lot more effort and very annoying (I know from experience). I wouldn't recommend it though. One more random note: If you want to do projects beyond just custom cards you can also install the Gwent Ultra Bold font type to your PC (you can search for it online and download it) and create preset effects for it in an image editing software (I use Gimp) to be able to type things in your image editing software in the same font as the power and provisions. Hope this was helpful!
@@platinumpatrol2964 Amazing, very helpful, thanks a lot, I'm really enjoying your channel and I'm waiting for other videos like these with the AI, very funny!
