It was probably in the planning stages before we left the EU. But it just goes to prove what the true intentions are, of the political minority in terms of silencing dissent, and giving politicians immunity from proper scrutiny. With this bill, they have effectively made themselves unaccountable to the electorate, so OF COURSE these CRETINS will vote for it. You can bet your life that it will restrict freedom of information requests too, so politicians will be able to engage in skulduggery, take back handers from lobbyists and corporate CEO's, and we will never get to know which politicians have been compromised, or engaged in criminal acts of treason. This IS about safety, but it is about THEIR safety for the most part, not ours. They aren't concerned about a few hurt feelings, or people trading blows online. They have designed this bill, mainly as a shield that THEY can put up at will, to protect THEMSELVES from public scrutiny. And if King Charles puts his name to this bill, then he is a despicable traitor to the people too, and can no longer claim to be King of this realm.

Governments, in the West at least, are elected, although the UK like the USA is not a Democracy, so it can be the minority dictates to the majority, Trump in 2016 for example, lost by 3 million or so votes. If the Conservative government passes legislation Pink Shirts are now illegal it is the will of the majority there, or almost majority there if they were elected with a minority vote.

Using a VPN would impact you directly, but these regulations impact the entire population and what information they both have access to as citizens, and what information they are allowed to share with the population at large, while also penalizing independent content creators, independent journalism, user content and governing user-to-user communication, even, so I think "using a VPN" isn't going to address those issues... they will allow for a whole host of regulatory corruptions and overreach, with much greater powers to limit the information you have access to...

Agree..actually found it really off putting. I know "frequencies" can help but this one didn't and I couldn't concentrate on the importance of the information. If "positive " frequencies are going to be used in videos like this, they don't have to be so loud..
