Nick! This video made my day. I love when you start out with donuts. That donut 🍩 shop looks amazing. I wish we had it in Pennsylvania! When I lived near a Publix, I lived the bakery!! I would get the whole carrot cake bar cake and it the whole damn thing…it was the best haha. I am doing a 24 hr sweet day I think the Saturday after thanksgiving. Where are you originally from? Thank you! I did 2 scoops of protein per meal so it equaled out to about 150g give or take. One day under-eating protein won’t effect me much as long as I’m consistent on all other day. Which I do stay very consistent!
