BEDTIME SNACK:

I mix those with a blender - 1 teaspoon of gum....the other two, depends how many calories/protein you want. Too little water and it will mix lumpy.....to much and it's runny. Practice! If you want more chocolate I sometimes add cocoa powder (unsweetened)
And thst the base....super simple. Stick it in the fridge.
Then top with what you like.....I use chopped nuts and cocoa nibs.....fruit if I feel I need the carbs.
If you fancy going all out...blend up a protein bar into chopped bits and top with that too.....so easy, can get CALORIE heavy quick!
