➡️ Learn how to overcome anxiety and end panic attacks: www.byebyepanic.com/?...
Vicky's anxiety symptoms started in childhood.
She says she was always a worried and scared kid. At 17, she had her first intense panic attack while taking her sister to school. She couldn't drive and thought she was going to die. These issues continued in college, where she struggled to attend classes without her parents around.
Vicky’s anxiety hit a new peak when she got married. At first, she couldn’t even stay with her husband overnight and often ended up sleeping at her mom's house instead.
She and her family knew she couldn't go on like that. Something had to change.
Vicky tried therapy, different programs, medication, everything she could think of, but nothing worked. Then, she discovered the Bye Bye Panic mentorship program. It finally provided her with the tools she needed for recovery.
Today, Vicky isn't just a success story. In the meantime, she has become a mentor, helping others recover from anxiety just as her mentors helped her.
In this week’s interview Kaylee, one of BBP mentors, talks with Vicky. Tune in to learn more about Vicky’s journey and strategies for overcoming panic attacks.

What heals anxiety is forgiveness and loving more. Once I started to forgive people and be kind to people that have wronged me, anxiety melt away and have been off of meds for a few weeks now. It’s quite miraculous.

Hi their shaan. I am not sure if you will ever see this comment, but i just wanted to express how i personally feel watching your videos. A few months ago i suffered from anxiety in such a bad way. I was having panic attacks, stupid thoughts, and many other physical symptoms. Thankfully i am better now thanks to yourself. I still do get the odd symptoms but i dont think as much. I think the way you come across in your videos is like no other person can even describe what most of us feel beside you. I have reaserched into many youtube videos and googled a lot on how to get rid of anxiety and for me personally they were just coping mechanisms that would help for 5 minutes. And thats why i think you stand out more than anyone else. I probably sound very crazy in a lot of ways. However i personally feel that you have helped me in so many ways and have always been straight to the point about a lot of things. You are a true inspiration in so many aspects. Keep up the good work!

I love Vicky! And I Relate so much to her story especially about the feeling far from God! Since the anxiety started last year in 2023. Being that I have gone through this before when I was young…at that time I didn’t feel far from god.

with putting in the work , do you mean getting out there and doing the this you normaly would avoid due to anxiety? and then practising your response like oke i feel anxiety i dont like it but i am not going to fight it i will let it do whatever it wants while i keep doing whatever i am doing as best as i can with anxiety there?

Yes, but take your time and work your way up if you think you won't be able to handle it. In my case, I avoided things at first but eventually continued with my normal routine, even if it felt like I would die at any second or had symptoms or panic attacks. You'll get to a point where you will feel the symptoms from anxiety so many times that the severity will decrease if you play it cool, relax, and don't fight. Breath how you would if you were in the calmest state. (no deep breaths) Eventually you will ignore them. Will take time but it will happen. Also, in my situation, my symptoms got worse before they got better so don't let that scare you.

Hi Rasha, Do you mind sharing what type of meditation you do. Thanks Daniel

I was big on meditation!, it gave me a kundalini awakening. After being sensitised though. Meditating isn’t doing it anymore. You aren’t able to get into deep states when sensitised. I have chronic shortness of breath as my main symptom

What kind of medication do you do? If you don’t mind me asking? The one medication that helped me was one with Edgar Casey.
