Yeah, seems like a ruined experience. The first 2 pixel Fallouts are actually masterpices. The story, dialog, characters, the atmosphere... And you already know the ending, but you've only seen 10% of content
Youve gotta go back and replay these but take your time because once you take a seat and just talk to people all around the game and just search every little nook and cranny you can find these games become magical
@@ariihow would be great to watch in depth longform content like this for each game when you re-experience it this way. In the beginning of this video, you said you wanted all of the lore, but you skipped 90% of it. It's a beautifully crafted world, despite its many flaws.
Yea I was meaning like the autmosphere and understand ment of the world with like what a pip boy was and main story lines bc that what I believed was going to be in the show only main well know things and I was right. But i definitely will go back and re experience them on a later date
I don't know man, the controls are hard to deal with, and getting stuck because you missed the rope/crowbar that blends in too much with the environment really kills the "magical" aspect.

I'm a German Vet (Gebirgsjägerbrigade 23) did 2 Tours in Afghanistan, and everytime we worked with US Marines or Army both would shit talk eachother, but both would also shit talk the Navy and the "Chairforce". I am currently doing the same challenge . not the 1 week one , of course , but getting through ever fallout game , except tactics and BoS and 76 (doesn't work on my laptop) . it was a real surprise when i first started the first part . was confused for a bit but i started to love it and i understood where the classics fans are coming from . currently on my (probably) most favourite part of the series , New Vegas (already played 4 before)

To fully 49:22 complete 76 and dlcs you would have to do: -The main story (launch a nuke) -Sheepsquatch investigation and imposter fight from Wild Appalachia update -Wastelanders storyline (including Wayward) -Steel dawn and Broken steel stories (both parts of BoS questline). -Atlantic city story -The new Skyline valley storyline.

@@ariihow That would be the end of the original main quest. However you would have to go through alot of other quests (idk if you did them but didn't show them in the video) and the end would be the launching of a nuke (did your friends help you enter the silo and them starting the nuke / giving you a launch key?). Everything after that would be "dlc" aka updates with new storylines
@@ariihow Ah ok. I think usually you get one via doing the main quest and after you can get the nuke keys yourself ^^ I would definetly love a followup episode on 76!

18:00 it's easy to miss but the reason the Outcasts start blasting at each other is due to them arguging amongst each other about how only they should get the tech in that room that you just unlocked and how you should get none of it.

Dead Money is challenging but it’s a great dlc The reason the one room exploded is cause there was gas in the room and you can’t use bullets or explosives
@@fjffhv5329it has a great story. Great setting, and it is a great survival challenge that isn't tedious or impossible. Great music and character. The best dlc with the best rewards and lessons. You sound like you suck as bad as a sleep deprived guy who tried to rush a hard ass dlc.
getting lost is so real, if I have played for one hour, I was lost for 20 mins. also now you have to do this for every game you have no choice left idc
As a lover of Fallout this was fun but hard to watch, its a shame that your first experience with all of the fallout games was a rushed playthrough where dialogue/notes/terminals/side missions were skipped through to save time. The best parts of Fallout are the side missions and the environmental world peices
I understand your view point and 100% respect it, this is the way I play games I know it’s werid but I’m always like rushing stuff and I belive that for these types of games it is better to take it slow. For Fallout 4, there is still one last DLC story where you become overseer of a vault and do experiments/build up the vault, but tbh I can see why it wasn't included with the others
What happened with the secret vault is your dad sought out doctor von braun for his expertise but he went a little nuts after a couple centuries of consciousness trapped in a simulation. He lost his humanity and started to pass the time by playing with the other inhabitants inflicting pain for his sadistic pleasure. He'll just bring them all back after you leave. There was also another way out by killing them for real leaving von braun as the sole immortal inhabitant alone forever. Also fallout tactics is well beloved, it's brotherhood of steel that's the worst in the series.

@@ariihow How. both have the same gunplay, which is fairly mediocre but still an improvement over 3 and new vegas both also have the worst main storylines in the main games and both also retcon a ton of the lore that you wanted to know (which the show also does to a more noticeable degree)

I don't know if this is impressive or I'm just slow because it took me 90 hours total over the course of a month to finish New Vegas and this man just did it in a day

Joke's on you, Lyons brings up the Midwest Brotherhood in 3, when you ask about the non-Capital Brotherhood. Furry Deathclaws and military androids are as canon as Ghoul children surviving in fridges.
@@ariihow You really should play Tactics. It's a good game with a decent story, and it lets you have a Super Mutant Companion in Power Armour. It's also more semi-canon. Tactics is like Schroedinger's Cat in terms of what's canon and what's not.

Tactics isn't not canon, they're just very dismissive of it. Brotherhood of Steel is (unfortunately, I don't hate it, wouldn't mind it being canon) the only definitively non-canonical entry.
In new vegas, luck is the best stat because the higher your luck, the better your "casino experience," and with there being 6 casinos, "vikki and vance. Atomic wrangler. Gommorah. The tops. Sierra madre. Ultra-luxe" Also i too hate dead money

I remember playing fallout 1 when I was 10 and have played all of them... this is a great video and totally encapsulates what it feels like to beat them all for the first time. I suggest Wolfenstein, great series except youngblood tbh, or horizon, also a great series!

To be fair it's most likely a result of rushing through the games to complete the challenge, if he replays them and can take things slower he'll have more of an opportunity to take in the story.
I think you must be doing it wrong. I've been playing Fallout games since 1997 and I'm not bored, Hell, I've played fallout 4 four days a week since 2015 and I'm not bored. How did you beat Fallout 76? It has a new main quest every fifteen minutes, or so 🤣
Just did the first main quest in the game for the nuke bc I felt like it wasn’t a genuine experience of that type of game where I would have to be an insane level or get carried through the other story’s, but I had fun and never got bored really if I can remember. Loved the games and can’t wait to retry this challenge again next year sometime
"Maximus plays the Fallout games", you died more than my 9 year old son playing Dead Money and Fallout 1 😂 But hey, everyone needs their niche, any way, enjoyed watching the fallout: 1 intelligence playthrough experiment. You should find more hard games to play as challenges like Dead Money/Fallout 1, make a death reel of the frustration, peak schadenfreude.

Best bet of learning the lore is listening to someone like oxhorn go through the lore of every single game while at work, if you can get over the constant voice inflections, and impossibly loud laser weapons in fallout 1+2, it’s a great time. I do landscaping rn until I the test for my new job comes up and I’m about to finish fallout new Vegas lore
So, I just finished watching the whole video and I have to say amazing job! I didn't actually think you'd complete all the games and their DLCs in that time span! I subscribed and gave the video a like, I hope it helps! Fallout 76 is honestly my favorite one, mainly cause it's the ONLY game out of all of them that let you join The Enclave, the American Government faction. Also, I don't think you ever mentioned, but Dr. Madison Li in Fallout 3 is the same one in Fallout 4, just like it's the same Liberty Prime.

@@ariihow Yeah, she was actually apart of the Institute. I think you had to recruit her for the Brotherhood of Steel faction. Oh! And Elder Maxson was in Fallout 3, too. In Fallout 3, he’s a kid called Squire Maxson. And Macready, the mayor of the town of kids in 3 is also in Fallout 4. He’s a recruitable companion, but forgot where. Cause in Little Lamplight everyone who goes above a certain age, including the mayor, gets kicked out.
Don’t think so people still use it but I know people don’t like that word now but I still use it here and their and wanted to include to show that I’m human and that I can do better, and I will do so. Thank you for holding me accountable ☝🏽
Ngl I’ve been seeing this video on my recommended for a couple of days but I finally decided to watch it and I fully expected it to be by some guy with like a million views and subs but it turns out to be a start up channel, I feel like everyone in the comments can agree that it will only be a matter of time till absolutely blows up like the nukes in fallout (in a good way lol)

Thanks for the input, I wanted to play on console for the remainder of the games to I guess get a vanilla game build and to also just get gamer score because I like getting it. Also you should try out fallout 1 and 2 very very very differnt styles of game but it was very worth it in the long run. Hope u have fun gaming brotha 🏆🏆
