how about you do a challenge run where you have to get 99 of all consumables before the run ends, if you dont you just have to restart. the only rule is you cant be t. cain, and it cant be a seeded run!

I wish there was a mode like this where you could go through all the final bosses. Like after beating Isaac, you'd be sent to Sheol, then the Chest, Dark Room, Mega Satan, Corpse, Hush, Ultra Greed(ier), the Void, and finally Dogma. I haven't actually bothered to play Repentance yet, so there's probably a better order Also, great video! Probably should've put that earlier in the comment lol

Here's one for ya, reset the Greed Donation Machine and try to get it up to 1000 in one run, tainted cain is obviously needed. Bonus points if you do it on normal greed, where there is a point you will be able to only donate 1 coin before the machine jams :)
