Illaoi is the most broken champ in swarm by far. All you have to do is set up in an area and don't leave the area. At 14 minutes you save your R for the boss fight. Illaoi really wanted duration, ability haste, and damage. The rest of the stats can be anything, but preferably you want to make sure you can evolve all your items.

Idk why the ppl is answering all that non sense about from were "Swarm" comes, but it actually born from the Game StarCraft, there was a Race of insects that always raided in Millions or more of them and they were know of the Swarm of the Zergs, and yes it comes from there not we're else it was back in March in 1997

The Swarm, 1978 movie. But I don't really think anyone can take credit for a common noun/verb. It just describes the group of enemies as well as what they're doing: swarming.
