He wrote his pieces, especially his Waltz No.2 as disguised mockeries of the dictatorship at the time, I highly recommend listening to his works if you enjoy this type of music

His name being Disguised Toast is a reference to that. There's a card in Hearthstone that speaks that line when you summon the minion. It says "Ha!, this guy's toast!", but it can sound like "Ha, Disguised Toast." If I am correct in the DT lore, that is how his name came to be.
