Not for me. But I think you might be right that he gets the armband. I do think he leads by example but he's not vocal enough for me. But if he does get the captaincy then I will put my faith and trust that decision. However, i would like to see us sign a real leader as I think we lacked that last season and at present we still do now in the current squad. Good honest interview though. KRO 💙

@@richardpincher8936while I think your right about signing a real leader the problem is I believe a new signing should never be given the armband I think Bielik does have the capacity for the armband and could thrive with it

@danieldawes1776 I personally disagree, but i do respect your point. However, the squad is going to look very different to that of last season and with a new man at the helm, so brining in a new captain isn't a problem for me. However, it needs to be done soon. So it's looking highly unlikely we will have a captain outside of the current group of players. I do agree with the points you make about Bielik, though, and maybe with the responsibility of the captain, he will become more vocal. I do think a vocal captain is really important, vocal in the right way, of course. A good communicator. I have not seen enough of a communicator in Bielik's game, but character I do. If I'm 100%, his lack of pace concerns me a lot, so if he plays CB, which I think he will, Sanderson really needs to step his game up if that's the CB partnership. It will be interesting to see who gets the armband today, but I do 100% agree with you that out of the current crop, Bielik is the man for the job. KRO 💙
