I Bent My Kubota Tractor Loader Arm and how I Fixed It #tractor #tractorattachments #kubota #howto #loaderarm #bent #kubotal3301 #compacttractor @5elevendesignz511
My bucket wasn't latched on one side and my l3902 got tweaked way worse than yours! After watching this, it only took me about 10 minutes to find a couple of boards tweak her back. My tractor is good as new! Thank you for this video!
I wish I had seen this tip before I cut my tube and welded it. Both ideas work, but this way is a LOT EASIER!!! Here is a tip payback for you. Drill holes in the end of your SSQA handles and add two pieces of chain, with bolts at the handles, and a snap link on one end, with the chain being long enough to go AROUND the tube. This helps to prevent the handles from popping up and releasing the attachment. If you work in the woods as much as I do you will find this tip very useful!
@@PetersonFarmsofNashvillePFON More than OK! It may save someone a lot of headaches. I have done this with my last two tractors as I learned the "hard way". Working the timber can be tough with limbs poking EVERYTHING!!!
Instead Of That Crossbar Being Like A 1" or 1 1/4" diameter Round bar, It Should Be Like 1 1/2" × 2" Rectangular 3/16" or 1/4" Wall Thickness ! , That's Kind Of Poorly Designed !
Just had the same issue/ thanks for this video. Think I fixed mine by putting board under bar and lifting front of tractor off ground. Was able to get forks on/ put tractor away(at property and had to leave) Will use your method if still having issue next time out and can check. 1 and 1/2 hours of stress trying to get implement back on( I had taken forks off/ put bucket on to take loader off to brush hog- when putting loader back on it detached from bucket on left-clearly hadn’t noted that quick connect bar hadn’t engaged properly). Lesson learned😢
Much better to just push the high side against a tree. It's a quicker fix and you don't risk damaging the unaffected good cylinder with a block. Once you're back in alignment consider using a simple chain lock on the arms so it can't happen again.
I just bent AND twisted the bar on my L3200 hst today. After a good freakout session, I cut a 16" piece of 2x4 and put it in end wise against the big orange pipe cross bar RH side on the loader boom ( took out the twist). Basically accomplished the same thing. Then wrapped a chain around LH side back to the big orange pipe to unbending the pipe ( took out the bend). Yes, I had two things going on, not one. 6 hours later, I found this video.😮 seems this problem is pretty common.
Heard of that happening and the same fix Phil. Glad you got it back to normal. Now you got me nervous, I’ll be watch mine that it don’t come unlatched. Have a great Holiday Weekend 👍✊
Thanks you so much for this video! I had the exact tractor with this exact issue. I was amazed at how easy it was to fix... the creaking of the boards I used made me sweat a bit, but it ended up fitting back into my bucket like a glove!! Thanks!!
The bigger Kubotas don’t have that smaller spreader tube. That large torque tube can also tweak - it did on MX. I haven’t gotten it completely fixed using the wood chunk. I have to use a chunk of wood every time I hook up. I’ll need to either cut and weld or maybe crack the hydraulic lines and independently adjust the cylinder rods to match. It’s been this way for close to a year and I haven’t gotten around to it. Apparently it’s a design feature and not a bug…designed a bit weaker so it bends there rather than tweaking the entire loader. The shear bolt of loaders so to speak. Just more of a pain in the ass to deal with than a shear bolt.
Hey Phil, I think I might have to do the same thing. Been wondering I’ve got about a 1” difference between sides and have been dealing with it. Looks simple enough, cheers and Merry Christmas 🎄
Yes it’s simple Need to check out my other video on how to prevent it to begin with Thanks for watching and let me know how it turns out Merry Christmas 🎄🎁
Hello Phil. I have this same issue. I can opperate the quick attach levers, but one is quite difficult. I am going to try this method, but don't worry, I will be very gentle. Thanks, Ben
@@PetersonFarmsofNashvillePFON Hello again Phil, I just came up from the barn and I wanted to let you know.. thanks to you my quick attach lever works great now. Both sides of my quick attach are in perfect alignment. Thanks again, have a wonderful Christmas holiday with your family, Ben
