I want to say it's a coincidence since cap is a "small RU-vidr". But he did get an Easter egg in hello neighbour and the Devs of this game did send him a copy of the game. So it could be an Easter egg but they probably sent a copy to a couple of RU-vidrs it would be kinda odd to give a copy to the likes of JackSepticEye and give an Easter egg to the guy with 2 million subscribers who at the time had about 1.7 million. I won't deny the possibility of it being an Easter egg but if you do the math that possibility isn't very high.
