I bought over 100 kilos of vintage clothing with categories such as 60's/70's maxi dresses, Austrian country core pieces, breathtaking kaftans and gingham tops for springs. In this video I unpack as much as I have space for and try on some of my favourite gems from the batch. I hope that you enjoy another mad vintage video.

I'm not a fashionista AT ALL, and I truly don't have any interest. I am an obsessive gardener and happiest in my gardening clothes. But! I love watching your channel for the variety and your love of clothing, I just so appreciate it. You pull something out of the bag or out of your closet and I just don't even know what to think about it. And then you start pointing out all the good things, the beautiful things which allows me to see it too.

With vintage...size is never an issue. You simply get it tailored to your size. I have done this for years. Beautiful new inventory and you looked lovely in them all.

It is though, for me as a potential buyer. I would need l/xl, and I've oticed on the website there are but a few in that size. I was really disappointed :-(

I liked the first one best, the purple one. The fact that it’s so ‘simple’ meant your lovely face was more to the fore and it enhanced your beauty. You look stunning in that one.

A ruffle around the waist is known as a peplum, a lengthwise panel on a skirt is a godet, pearls are iridescent and usually round like what comes out of an oyster, the rest are metallic or coloured glass which are known as beads and the flat ones are sequins. I hope that is helpful

My favourite dress was the first one, the simple purple one. It was so elegant and if I was going on a cruise i would consider buying it. My other favourite one was the last one. But to be honest you looked gorgeous in them all.

I've often wondered why you don't have some of your pieces altered. They could easily be taken in. You might even try it yourself. Sewing is easy after a few lessons. I liked the last one best.

Every piece of clothing looks gorgeous on you, I have a mild scoliosis so I don't feel good wearing fitted clothes. I size up and leave a inch loose in dresses

Any chance you could find a seamstress who could do alterations for the pieces you want to keep? It doesn't look like it would take much to fit them to you. A really fun vlog!

Dress number 3 &5 are a kaftan too a special one for weddings. The pattern with beads in the middle is all hand work. A middle eastern gem indeed.

The first dress was the best one for me; beautiful & elegant. Very classy dress. One would have to add the accessories to complete the look: nice hairdo, nice night clutch & stunning shoes. And you are set to go!!

It's so fun to see you unboxing inventory! I must admit, as a tall and plus sized person I'm always a little bit selfishly bummed to see everything fit you so spectacularly. It makes me wonder sometimes if you only carry sizes that fit you and I was a little bit (selfishly) delighted when the size medium dress was bit too big on you!

Oh the Austrian dresses - just stunner after stunner! A great selection, I agree the green one at the end is gorgeous and the colour is perfect on you. Shame the thread has broken down, I know all too well the sound of 'bead rain' from a vintage dress 😭
