I got 2 new discoveries out of this video. (1) a Blade variant cover that I don't have ("All Out Avengers" #1) and (2) a Phantom Stranger + Deadman appearance that I didn't even know about ("DC's Terrors Through Time" One-Shot Anthology). Also, I collect any and all Frankenstein comics, so I will have to try and get that early X-Men Issue at some point. Thanks for another fun video!

Very interesting! Did they just send everything to get graded? And the economics of this is breaking my brain! Many of these books aren't worth slabbing even with CBCS. The horror books are a true gem.

The seal pool toy was never the same after its appearance on the cover of that Alf issue. The cover of Lois Lane #111 isn't so much a bondage cover as a homage to the Lilliputians from Jonathon Swift's famous novel "Gulliver's Travels". Great to see Eclipse's Tales Of Terror #1. Eclipse published so many great comics (including of course Marvelman/Miracleman) and a lot of their output is still easy to find and cheap to buy.

Man what a weird collection, ironically I feel like if I ever sell my collection years from now when everything I want is slabbed, it's gonna look a lot like this. It's so bizarre to see old classic keys and then doom patrol and Harley that I was passing by on the shelves not even a year ago. I always wonder with things like this what it was that broke the camels back and made someone quit or fold like this, because its clearly a collection of things they wanted slabbed and not "oooo this is valuable"

These are fillers. Most of these are not worth more than 50 to 75 bucks.

400 slabs - that is 10k in value right there (to grade that many). It sort of is a weird collection. all over the place.

Id probably crack the Uncanny X Men books and just have them in my raw collection.

Really hope you didn’t pay for than $25 a slab. So many of those are like $30-$40 but a few hits sprinkled in thankfully. Especially that first Hawkeye.

Why is the ALF controversial? Why is everyone in the comments so worried about what he got slabbed? Who cares? It's HIS collection, let him do what he wants with it. Everyone so worried about VALUE. Again who cares? Not all of us are motivated by money. Maybe these comics were valuable TO HIM. Maybe he just wanted to protect his collection. Who knows. Stop being so judgemental.
