Picked up my brand new Honda crf110f at the Honda dealer last week and already started tuning it with a Pro Taper handlebar. Absolutely love this little 110cc Honda pitbike.

That’s a nice little bike! I think Honda uses the same muffler on everything because they always have that same good thumpy sound.

The Screws are JIS Screws, with a normal philips screwdriver this happens, Cool bike cant go wrong with Honda 👍

Aha!!! Just googled that and indeed i "screwed" them up myself using the wrong screwdriver for sure 😅. Lesson learned! Thx didn't know that.

Thank you for your comment. I didn’t know about JIS screws either. I have completely ruined screws on items before doing the same things with a Phillips head screwdriver. I think there is a good chance I may have made the same mistake.

True I have the luxury of knowing that 20 years ago so I only buy JIS Screwdrivers and the only Phillips I own are the ones that come in a set or freebies that were given with the drills I bought.. also JIS can tighten JIS or Phillips slots on screws/bolts with higher torques better than Phillips screwdrivers before they get stripped..

@@kleidtomasse 100% agree with you, the JIS Screwdrivers bite a lot better on the screws head..... no matter if JIS or Philips screws.... Vessel makes very good JIS Screwdrivers

U need to knock the screwdriver into the screw...this loosens the screw slightly and seats the driver in the screw. Stops screw getting damaged. Can't go wrong with a Honda dude...might outlast your Jimny🤣🤣

I tried it all 😂. Had like one of those punching screwdrivers at the big garage but to lazy to drive over there haha. So used my Dremel and it all bigger so i could fit a bigger screwdriver 😅🙈

@@vvr881 Check out the other comment about the screws having a JIS head. Since they are built in Japan it makes sense for them to have a JIS head and not a Phillips head.
